Great food, atmosphere and service

The food is really good, and staff is very friendly. The only problem is is you just wait a while for your food,but other than that its not a bad place at all. Will definitely go there again.

Im visiting Flame for many years and Im always very satisfied with their friendly and quick service. The food is excellent and looks great on the plate. The atmosphere of an older era, including Elvis and Marilyn Monroe, is great. Overall clean and tidy. I love to visit them, because the food has stayed the same quality after all these years and its affordable.

The staff here so friendly and efficient. The portions are huge for the price which is a bonus. The menu is quite broad though too they have everything from breakfast to sandwiches to gourmet pizzas and waffles I are literally a one stop shop for the area.

So now the new trend is to drop the call when a customer is ordering over the phone after 7pm....called 4 times they kept dropping the phone then I asked my friend to call and order ...same thing happens ... 1st the guy took the order, we asked for delivery then he hands the phone to someone else when we call again he took the order and dropped the phone... Very disappointing, order food at 17h00 received food at 18h15. The food was cold so cold that prego roll was soggy, the pizza box soaked up all the oil from the pizza.Not worth the money and definitely not tasty at all.

I ordered their breakfast and chicken liver. It was so oily. The livers was just a bowl of oil. The eggs and bacon was slipping in the oil on the plate. Asked for the manager but he was missing. Never pitched up. I dont know what happened to their standards or is it new management or staff.
