Very great place to be. Yesterday we went there for Birthday celebration with my child and her friends yoooo what a great time we had . Food,service wow it was just woooow. The whole staff did their best to make this happen I recommend it million times thank you Running waters. As for the waiter i forgot his name you are the best amongst them all. Wow

The food was good. Service from the waiter was excellent. Even asked us if we wanted a family photo because it was someones birthday. They sang for the person. The only issue I had was that there is alot of noise. Reason being the music was off in the restaurant.

Spur always gives your birthday a distinct feeling. Their service is so nice, theres a waiter by the name of Molatelo or something close to that, Great experience offered by him and the whole restaurant as a team. Definitely one of my favorite to go spots.

Im very disappointed with the horrible service l got today l was denied to claim my vouchers l was told the polices of Spur do not allow that at Running Waters Spur the lady Manager had attitude she had lack of customer service skills

Initially was bad, had the worst waitress Thabile and when I threatened to go, she was changed and Bekezela was awesome... The manager from the till was great too... I will go back but Thabile must just stay away from my table humbly❤️

My husband and I were at Running waters spur for lunch there were only 2 tables that was occupied ours and another one so they werent busy at all we waited a while for our food and when it came it was ice cold and very unpleasant spoke to the manager and she just wanted to just warm it up which proberly would have just gone in the microwave landed up just paying for a our coffee which also wasnt hot service was terrible to cut the story short that spur wont see us again!!!!

Service was very slow and we waited for 10 minutes before they offered us a sit, tables were dirty so u will wonder if they sanitized them.

The food was great, Asiphe served us well.

Great service by waiter called Qondi and manager called R something(black female). Creamy and rich milkshakes, although really frustrating when they ration take-out sauces, I really dont understand that! But overall, they offer good food and service

Im not a person to complain, I dont usually write reviews, but we recieved very poor service from Running Waters Spur. Smoking room has very little to zero ventilation. We had to seat ourselves, got yelled at by a manager upon a request for a kiddies menu. Probably wont visit them again. Atleast the waiter was friendly.UPDATEAfter having a horrible and unprofessional experience at Running Waters Spur, I have to give a major thanks to Bryan from the managing team for responding in a very friendly, decent and professional way to sort the problems. Once again, thanks for the feedback and handling the situation in a great way!

Good service and tasty meals at a reasonable price. Theres a play area for kids. They can work off all extra energy, giving adults time to relax and enjoy a good meal knowing that the kids are in safe hands. Spur is always good value for the whole family.

The waiter was not welcoming at all couldnt even make an exception of trying to help customer by making an order since we were at the store, he insisted on call and collect policy and I have been to many spurs they dont do that

Food was disgusting. Ive ordered a welldone cheddamelt rumpsteak special valued at R99. On arrival rump steak was the size of a hamburger patty and totally rare. The chicken schnitzel were ice cold in the middle as if it just came out of the freezer and heated up. Chips not crispy at all!!! This was definately not value for money at all and I will never order from them again.

The service would fall under just fine, really nothing out of the ordinary, managers dont came check up on you and your food, the wait time for your food is long even with the restaurant being quiet on a Monday. Asked for well done cooked steak and chops but both still had blood in them had to return them. The bathrooms are well maintained. When you came in a whole group of staff is standing in the middle of the path way, they dont even move for customers or greet customers. The reason my rating is three stars its because of our waiter Tatenda who made the stay enjoyable and the wait time for people who were joining us less by putting through the order before they arrived. The experience has definitely dropped from the last time I was there.

I was so disappointed with the service i received yesterday at Spur festival mall, i was with my 4year daughter for breakfast and it took us good 48mins to be served hot chocolate, even the baby could say mom this place is not nice, i requested for brown bread and was served burned white bread...

If you can forgive Spur’s ongoing weird cultural appropriation of Native American culture, and you enjoy a good plate of meat, you’re in luck. Staff have clearly been looked after in the training department, knowledgeable and charming; shout out to Wendy! This is also great for families; my brother in law wouldn’t touch one of these restaurants prior to having kids, but the playroom means they can be well fed and the parents will get a well-earned break. It’s easy to be snobby about franchise restaurants but this one gets the fundamental- food, service, atmosphere- right.

I am so disappointed for the service I was there with my friend and kids she asked a plate of chips only bcse she had lunch the waiter said she must go and get fish and chips bcse they dont surve chips only only to find out other customer next to us order chips only and ate and we order juice for kids and was cold I ask him to get them from out the frige and he went and boil the juice and bring them hot juice.bad service will never go there again

As always, food was pretty good. Experience was terrible here. Very bad internet (we can here to do some work while we ate), whenever the happy birthday song was played it was loud enough to rattle our teeth and the manager was unhepful and apathetic. Find somewhere else to eat in this mall until they get a new manager.

I went yesterday to you for lunch ordered chicken mayo the chicken mayotasted s as if it was 3 months old and the onion ring tasted as if it was fried in old oil i really am not happy with that i always go in there for breakfast but i dont think i would return in a hurry
