Lovely quiet spot with a lot of sanity for a weekend family eat out.

The food was horrible we ordered two schnitzels one with cheese sauce the other with mushroom sauce. The cheese sauce was brown and had no hint of cheese in it and the mushroom sauce was quite salty. The chips were horrible and old we only got a fresh batch of chips after we complained and we asked to see the manager who never came but just sent a fresh batch of chips to us. The onion rings were powdery and were tasteless. This is the most horrible restaurant experience Ive ever endured. I was advised that the restaurant has new owners who took over. This is a disgrace. Thats why the place was empty when its usually bustling with customers.I slept by the toilet seat with a running tummy.I am shocked and disappointed i strongly urge people to stay away from that accident waiting to happen.

The layout is good, theres smaller, intimate seating, as well as areas for large groups, with and without children.Great specials on as well.Really worth the stop!

Dros!! Great pub!! Especially sport screening!! Outside tables never really busy. But inside tables with big screen always packed. I really cant comment i usually only have breakfast. Wick is very nice. Staff very experience. Even more than the manager on duty ar that timw 8 to 11am. Compliments to staff they speak English, Afrikaans, and zulu.

Dros features an extensive wine selection, sports lovers can remain glued to live sports fixtures on their large TV screens and kids are kept occupied in the “Kidz Play Areas”. While there were no takers for wine, beer seemingly was the favorite call as we tucked into the pre-ordered selection and between the steak, fish and lamb chop.Though these dishes couldn’t be faulted, we struggled to finish off the huge portions. Moreover, since we started with a soup and then the super-rich and creamy vanilla chocolate ice cream to end our meal, as much as we tried, sad that food went to waste.

DROS JOU MA SE KOS. Now this is a very nice Dros where you can get all sorts of different dishes from fish to steaks. Their Ribs is fantastic and their attention to kids are not seen anywhere else. Great stuff and I will be back. You can trust that you will only get the best of the best.

My salmon salad consisted of one tomato cut up and 3 slices of cucumber and the rest was lettuce. My husbands eisbein was rubbery and wasnt crispy with an overload of bitter basting. We asked for no bread with the salad and no pumpkin and still got.. wasnt a pleasurable experience

Food was horrible, my son had a pizza and i had the lamb shank. ..the sauce served with the lamb shank is the worst, the lamb was stale. No taste at all, even the pizza was bad.. The absolute worse place to buy seafood.I ordered prawns and calamari as a takeaway,as soon as I opened the packet I was assaulted with the most horrendous smell. Rotten seafood. That is food poisioning waiting to happen. When I returned the food,I was treated in the most unprofessional way ever,as though I wasnt a paying customer. Disgusted with their food and service from management and owner.

The service is terrible we ordered a pizza called the Mr pig got something completely different. The pizza took an 1 hour to arrive at our table. Four waiters refused to serve or seat us when we arrived at the restaurant. The manager is useless. She says they are short staffed but they were not. Its not the first time I will never eat there again. Useless customer service

Atmosphere is inviting, the ambiance of the store is amazing a true South African Pub experience. The staff are a bit apathetic and uncourteous and it does lack an international brew offering but its a pleasant overall experience.

Good Day Im not one for complaining but unfortunately when it comes to service , food and the cleanse ness of the premises and bathrooms I will . i visited the Dros Kempton park on more than one occasion and the first time i had bad food i advised the manageress Natasha about the problem , the cheese sauce is other than a cheese sauce it a white powdery glue mess , second time I tried the same thing Cheese burger this time it came on the burger unlike last time in a side bowl , but on this occasion it had bee standing and had been poured on the burger and left to build a skin that had cracked , third time I ordered a burger this time no sauce just cheese , a slice of processed cheese had been slapped on there that was ice cold and looked like it had come out the battle field it was two different colors it had started drying out on the ends and started cracking . needing to say Natasha was the manager on all occasions . Nothing was done . the bathrooms are a health hazard the y stink and are never clean the gents toilet isnt even private as it looks like there was a brawl from who knows when with a dirty big whole in it an paper slapped over it . In a nut shell no a place i would recommend , rude staff , under average food and filthy ablutions , you will catch more than corona 19 there .

Went to the dross tonight. O was I horrified. Worst service ever. The waiter had 4 tables to call on and could clearly not cope. Food came with no salt and pepper. Asked the waiter and waited until he finished serving the other tables. The only time we found a waiter is when we had to call him. Its hectic. The toilets are a disgrace. O my word they are disgusting. The only nice thing g about the place is the play area.
