I did not go into the shop but we enjoyed a lovely meal on the restaurant terrace.Food was excellent but service a bit slow - I had to ask for my coffee order four times!The terrace is accessible but I could not see an accessible bathroom.There are no disabled parking bays by Food Lovers. Plenty in front of West Pack.

Unfortunately the experience did not produce the expectation we were expecting. The food was a total let down. Far too much salt or soya sauce in both dishes. The tacos have no part of the dish it might as well be called a pork salad. Really dissaponting. The tray on which the steak roll was served on was dirty and when mentioned to the waiter she was totally disinterested in us or the problem.

Very aesthetically pleasing however, because there isnt much competition around, the prices are higher than Food Lovers in Ferndale.

The service here is always shockingly slow. On a busy or on a quiet day. On five tables outside and staff in and out chit-chating and laughing no one would come to take your order. 15min. 😐😐

Friendly staff and a very well laid out store. It was not too crowded and I did not have to stand in any queues even though it was month end on a Saturday. They have a lovely restaurant attached with reasonable prices.

Always full of nice things to try, it has so much potential. I just dont feel the love coming out of the service sections.

This is the place to go for fantastic service by staff who are so friendly and helpful. Also for pensioner discounts during the week. The meat and baked goods are very good the fruit and vegetables are also good all in all my favorite place now. Thanks to all the staff for the best service.

This is a very upmarket store with excellent value for money across their range. Awesome fruit salads, ready meals and a great sit down restaurant.

If you have problems with chilis. Watch out and confirm some items the staff are not sure about. Asked the manager to investigate and try to mark clearly or keep separate

Nice food but they lack more flavour

It was my first time at food lovers life style center and for the first time I hade such a lovely experience the staff Al greeted me and was super helpful as well as the cashier. Nice shop very clean and tidy.

The shop is good. As expected of the FLM brand. Food is fresh. Staff are friendly and very helpful. but their restaurant is even better. They have a wide ranging menu to suit pretty much all tastes.

Always great to shop here, only complaint is the isles are very narrow, so it can become a pain if busy. But this has only happened once since Ive been going here.

Very nice and clean shop, with a lot of variety. Good selection on fruits and vegetables, good meat produce and very inviting restaurant. Not sharp enough on customer service and need to improve on staff training. Wanted to buy spinach, when I got to the till there was no barcode on so the cashier rang it up under a code of baby spinach that was more expensive than what the price was on the shelves. When I showed it to the cashier she said, no its the right price, so a supervisor came along and agreed its wrong. So she went to the shelve to get the right code after 5 minutes no one came back, so the cashier then ran off and that also took a while. How terrible to wait more than 8 minutes to get the right code.

Discovered this Food Lovers Market recently and have to say Im quite impressed. Some of the best (and always fresh) produce around, very reasonable prices and friendly staff who are always at hand to deliver great service. Im especially pleased with their ready-made meals, fresh fruit salad bar and great variety of dried fruit and nuts.

What a nice place to shop. Looks like a Woolworths inside and products are very fresh and they listen to their customers need. If you ask for e.g to take skin of chicken then they will remove the skin and repack it for you. Service are excellent and friendly staff.

On the menu there is something for everyone (carb-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, meat loving etc) that is not always the common thing. The food is always well executed and the venue is gorgeous. Just wish they remembered we had booked a large table....

I love this food lovers and their pastry section is always very good. The vegetables are a bit on the dodgy side, they never look fresh and I never buy veg there. Everything else is great. It would be nice if they could get nicer produce so that I can do more of my shopping there.

Convenient and well stocked with day to day items. Dont seem to stock dates, dragon fruit and the like. Otherwise their in house deli and takeaways are as epic as ever...

Bought the special as adverised on TV: peaches, nectarines, blueberries and watermelon. Peaches and nectarines are pretty. But HARD and SOUR! The watermelon is over ripe and bruised. Only the blueberries are edible. What a waste! R60 for a punnet of blueberries. Also, a lot of the products on the shelves are not priced. You have to ask the staff how much it costs, then stand there waiting until they find out. Then they charge you something different at the till. And then the whole waiting game starts again.

Seldom been into this store because I felt it a bit cramped for space. On Saturday after plant shopping at Lifestyle, I remembered that I needed onions. I popped in, grabbed a bag of onions, paid and headed for the car... Then it struck me... I had been overcharged. (Unfortunately a regular occurrence nowdays). I returned to the store and the manager was very professional and apologised for the error and refunded the full amount of the onions... Thanks for great customer service. Pity about the error in the first place

Good coffee....service a bit slow

Today I went to Food Lovers Market in Lifestyle and after having previous bad experiences twice, I decided to check my bill while in store. 3 of the prices were incorrect and they ended up giving me a R90 refund on R900 food bill. Thats 10% that I was overcharged. One item alone, Spring onions are R9.99 and I was charged R19.99 . The management said they were terribly sorry and I said terribly sorry is no longer good enough because this is now the 3rd time I have had to have a refund on my bill. So I suggest everybody checks their bills before you leave the store. It is an absolute disgrace. Can you imagine R90 times a 1000 people a-day is R90000 in their pockets that shouldnt be there ...its an absolute rip off

Staff are very polite and always ready to be of service. Well informed specifically in the butcher section. You can ask for specific cuts to be done for you. Great.

Typical Food Lovers, but this one does not display prices of some items which makes it difficult to decide which make to take. If you want to know the price you have to find someone first, then wait while they scramble. Their enthusiasm to help does not negate the fact that you have to wait 4 to 5 minutes.

I would just like to say thank you to the staff and the person who handed my cell phone in. I dropped it in the shop today and realized when I got to my car that I didn’t have it with me. I rushed back to the till and the cashier had not seen it. But she asked another lady and after identifying it , the lady told me a phone had been handed in. It was returned to me. Many many thanks to the staff.

Love coming to this foodlovers - the staff are friendly, and its generally an all round good shipping experience. Because of the smaller size (compared to other foodlovers), they dont always have stock of everything, but still a great store.
