One and only supermarket within carlton centre, clean regardless of the large number of people who go there on daily basis. Sometimes you may stand long in the quee but you feel that from management to the front workers they are doing their best. And we need more shops like that. The pick and pay family is doing exceptionally well than most supermarkets who are sometimes found in places that have much black consumers

Love pnp Carlton center.their shelves are always instoke.fresh vegies and fruits.

This store is full of staff that is so disrespectful, even the managers cannot handle them. They do not care about customer needs, they introduce their own rules at till points, they are rude when asking cashback, refuses to make transactions on NSFAS intellicard, loading gift cards is a nightmare!

The Service is Poor,the cashiers are old and slow...This was my first and last time of coming to this shop😡😡😡

Be very careful and check the expiry date of everything you buy at this store because they sell most of the food products well past their expiry date. For a famous and well known supermarket its really saddening. Please fix this and stop selling expired products

All i can say about this store is that when u buy there check ur slips very carefully, the cashiers have a habit of putting their own amounts and robbing people of their change...its probably how they make extra money...be careful!!

I went there this past week, and met a guy who works there, called himself Mpho Molefe or something, apparently hes a merchandiser. Never felt so disrespected in my life. They should check if all their male staff know the difference between a customer at the shop, and a floozy at a bar, because wow

Never buy meat from this shop. Its old and stale. Bought mince that tasted like something Ive never had before, they also pack the meat in such a way that it hides the fat, I bought meat that was 80 fat once. Never again!!!

Im 10weeks pregnant, I was doing shopping at Pick n Pay I suddenly fell very dizzy and hot I couldnt stand up almost collapsed on the floor my beautiful amazing kind hearted cashier Livhuwani Mulaudzi saw that and quickly stood up gave me her chair and asked if I was fine, I asked if am going alone if I can call someone and even offered me water... I am so grateful to this sister here I could have fallen on the floor probably hurt myself... Thank you for hiring such cashiers if only they could all be like this shopping will turn to a hobby, exciting and all.

Good morning my concern is mainly with the staff that has no respect,the love circle of the staff dating eacbbother and breaking marriages are worse,though you complain to the managers there is no action taken against them. I once complained about my husband Ithey told me that they will call me till today they pretended as if they care. I can say they lack managerial skills. Lot has been happening in that store that I can say.

Fresh produce is stale.There is no customer service at all.The staff isnt willing to assist you have to even pack your own groceries. Worst Pick n pay Ive been to. I doesnt even feel like a Pick n pay when youre in the store.

The store closes a bit later than most supermarkets, at 7pm, which is quite convenient. Also theres hand sanitizing wipes and is very clean. It does get packed most times - I mean its Carlton center, its bound to happen. The stuff is kind and I havent experienced anything bad with the store.

This Pick n Pay takes the crown for having the most horrible customer service in the history of all horrible customer service experience. From the moment you walk in, youll notice that its not always clean. On top of that, they have the worst tellers. Their tellers are very rude. No manners. Theyll throw your things around after scanning them, and then force you to pack each and every item for yourself even if you buying an entire months worth of groceries. Theyll then quickly start scanning the next customers items (whilst you busy packing your items) and then mix them with your items. Theyll then laugh at you in front of your face as you struggle to pack your items. For a Pick n Pay thats always so busy, Im always appalled at how they mostly always seem to stock items that have either expired or just about to expire. Unless if your intention is to ruin your day; do not go or buy from this Pick n Pay under ANY circumstances! Their service is beyond atrocious!!! Im actually disgusted.

Like I dont get it, the whole pick n pay with no plastic bags and on that note you dont inform customers about your issue. At least in a written note if you feel like you cant be able to say it to each and every customer. What service is this? Customer need to be acknowledged and informed about things that inconvenience them, the whole grocery picked and about to pay boom the cashier says we dont have plastic bags, is that my problem? Did u guys realize that you dont have enough plastic bags all along? This is just bad and not appreciated. At least if I saw a notice about that I would have not consider buying at your branch as you consider us as useless that paying customers. Next time if you have issues like this please inform people about it.

Worst services Ive ever experienced in any other pick n pay .I Had to stand a very long line just to pay for one item. Why isnt there faster service provided. 👎

Kindly stop frying boerewors at the entrance, there is no ventilation there and by the time we leave the shop we smell like food (the odour sticks to our clothes and hair) there is a designated area for food where that can be prepared. Its become an unbearable experience shopping there.
