They good thing is that they close late n for those that work late can grab a nice meal from them

They dont explain your order when they give it to you like other Nandos do and only to find they charged me for the 4bread rolls and they were not in my final take out order. I ordered a full lemon and herb chicken with 4 bread rolls, spinach and wedges the order was R224 in total paid it. When my number 114 was called the guy never opens up my order to confirm what I had ordered he just gave me the food. And me with trust that everything is fine, drive off get home only to find the order is wrong and incomplete. I called them and there was no sorry not come back to get your rolls and your spinach. Very disappointed by them.

Nandos fordsburg is rubbish. its the 3rd time now when i place an order with extra sauce but they dont put. when i order mild flavour they dont even put any sauce. i think they just boil chicken with salt and put it on the braai stand and serve🤬🤬🤬 very disappointed

I placed a order on the app at 6:13 according to the app my order would be delivered at 7:15. 22 September for delivery at my home in Riverlea Extention 2 I called the restaurant in Fordsburg at around 7: 25 and was told the driver will be there in 5 minutes it is 8:15 and i have not received my order i was not even contacted by the delivery guy to inform me if he will deliver or not. What bad service I am highly disappointed.

The call Centre lady was pathetic. She would not give me her name and transferred me to her team leader who did not answer the phone even after waiting for 10 minutes. I still bought the food because Nandos makes good food although that lady at the call Centre is something else. She could have been more polite.

I ate in Nandos in Malaysia and in South AfricaGuess what ?the quality of the food was was really the same and the taste was awesome as usual. If you want to sit and enjoy your meal on a sweltering day, this is not the place to do it. The aircons are not allowed to be switched on, as per one of the staff members; when I spoke to the manager, he said that the word on was on, clearly it was not....When I requested the franchise owners number, I was informed that they are not allowed to give it to me.All in all, a terrible experience ..

How is it that Nando`s Fordsburg takes over 2 hours to deliver every single time I order ? I order food for my colleagues 2 maybe 3 times a week and this restaurant never fails to disappoint. apparently they cannot get hold of their drivers . either way I wont be ordering from this Nando`s anymore

Ive eaten here multiple times and it is a nice restaurant for casual dining. On the most recent visit, the food was very well prepared, and it did not take very long either. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. I would easily recommend this place to anyone. Food is Halaal.

The staff usually responds well.Theres no parking for Nandos you will have to find parking for your vehicle. That area is also not good. I ordered from this nandos on u er eats, I had ordered half hot, half Mozambiquan with a 2litre of Coca-Cola. When the order came, the chicken was so dry, it had the wrong sauce on it (even though it barely had sauce) and there was no Colddrink! One of the worst experiences Ive had with nandos, and I love nandos

I personally love Nandos and absolutely love the food from this one in particular. They havent disappointed me. The only problem I experienced was that there were a lot of flies which bother you during your meal

Poor service. Take order than call back to say their delivery closed on 3 occasions

They dont care about customers. We called and placed an order for collection and when we got there we had to wait and wait. After waiting I took my order and went home. When I got home my order specifications were not met. The chicken was cut when I asked for it not to be cut. The piece looked like there were left overs from the sit in customers. We ended up throwing everything in the bin and ordered with debonairs. When I called to complain I was asked for my till slip and they said someone will contact me and no one ever contacted me. Stay away from this Nandos.
