They have a beautiful place. However, they need to train their staff members as to how to interact with the customer in a friendly and polite way.They are too serious and too rigid for a restaurant.Restaurants that are more friendly to customers have more influx of people coming to them.However, if youre not friendly, customers will go to an alternative.

Theres a good variety of menus and the service was excellent.

If you looking for something to snack with a little budget but u want great value then its a great place to be.Big Juicy pieces of chicken and sides.

I love the taste it is delicious, that is why you have to wait an extra minutes for quality meal.

Every time i buy at hungry lion something is always miss... Today i hot 5 pieces and i bought a meal of 6 pieces. Last time i got 1 mini burger instead of two n the meal had two mini burgers. Its done deliberately🧐

The place is full, on the side of collecting orders its very slow as it is only one person that is giving people their orders. They need to improve on that especially on busy days when the shop is packed

I had last ate hungry lion in Kimberley at 2009, 10 years later I noticed a very huge improvement, the meat is so fresh, tasty and also looks really appetizing... a good value for money 🙂

They have a good customer service, family friendly, clean and nice. Some of the sitting areas have plugs wherein you can charge your phone while enjoying your meal. They have big juicy pieces of chicken 😉. Most importantly it is a safe place. They just dont have restrooms.

We waited for a hour to get our wings special nd the manager on duty shouted to the cashier to say she is sick nd tired of customers that are impatient While no one informed us that they are still cooking them..I mean its the special offers the day but its not ready😈😈Im never buying there..staff is slow nd rude thanks to two laddies that were Knocking off but decided to assist...such shame out of all de staff including manager only 2 people are willing to go the extra mile nd do what they are actually paid for
