Bad customer service & very slow, the lady who was taking our order was rushing us & very rude. We had to park on the side of the drive-thru to wait for our food, & there were already a few cars waiting as well. The building is so washed out & dirty, needs a revamp. I wouldn’t come back here.

Worse place ever. You wait for full 30 minutes for your food, after then the chicken is not even well done.

The oil they used to fry the meat was old and it tasted awful.🤮

The drive thru cuts orders. They dont put everything you ordered inside the bag, Id suggest you check your order before leaving the place.

I was not happy with KFC I waited for too long for my order they helped me when I asked for my order. Order goes by numbers but those came behind me were helped before me.

They didnt have ice cream on a hot weather like this & I had to wait 15 minutes for hot wings

The card machine at the drive-thru didnt work and there was no sign to show that till you get to where you must pickup food. Then you are told to come out the car and stand in a queue to go inside to place your order. And wait 30 mins if not more for it to come out. Worse KFC EVER!!

Took order wrong after repeating it several times. Asked for piping hot freshly cooked chicken but got lukewarm overcooked stodge. Complained to the manager and was given a new order of lukewarm stodge.An hour after eating I had mild stomach cramps and runs, it was not the galloping shits but an upset stomach non the less.A very poor show indeed.

This KFC used to be good quick I dont know what changed it takes you up to 30 to be served via the drive-thru the staff is not friendly at all neither are they rude but they are just lukewarm they work as if they are in a government department where they offer free services, even after they know they took too long to serve each they will just come and save you without an apology or trying to be friendly with customers if they dont want to change their attitude its fine but at least the speed must change.I think it is a wise idea for the boses to go undercover and buy from this particular branch via drive-thru so that they can experience the service wish these guys are offering on behalf of KFC I promise you if you guys do that you improve your services.
