I always call this a Fortnite McDonalds because it looks so peaceful and empty. The service there is always on point though. Great work team.

The place was very clean and sanitary. The view was very nice. The staff were very kind. The food was fast and very nice (Better than usual in these aspects).

Very nice place with spacious interior with kids area and lounge neatly. Conveniently located on First avenue on the left when going to Linden from Victory Park.

I wish they could make better with service when there is load shed

I am only reviewing premises and facilities. I have only been there for cones, so comments on their food wood be inappropriate. Hence only the use of 4 stars.The premises are immaculate and the staff are in a constant state of disinfecting everything - including floors! Entrance is strictly with a mask and you are immediately required to have a temperature check and to capture details. While this might remain tedious for some, I found it anxiety reducing. Staff service is friendly and rapid.If you like a McDonalds - this is a good outlet. Entrance is easy and parking good. 🤗

They kept me in the drive through for over an hour. Pathetically bad and slow service. They also gave me the wrong order and insisted it was mine as they couldnt make my food just so I could leave, food was also cold and the chips hardly fresh.They were taking orders manually and had you pay and order at the same time. You also cant leave the queue when youre in it.Customers left the queue by reversing one by one, some didnt have that luxury like myself and spent a very frustrating drive through which felt like a peak traffic experience.

Drive-thru service is bismal. Was waiting yesterday afternoon in the left lane and was ignored twice as if I was not even there. So I left, nobody stopped me at the windows to ask what is wrong. Lost a customer

Food as can be expected from Mac D. Ordered 2 regular fries, 10 piece McNuggets and 4 Hot Chocolates.Waited in the parking for 10mins for the order to be prepared and to be delivered by someone to the car. Fortunately I checked the order, only to discover that both the regular fries were not included at all. Also short on napkins.Otherwise the Hot Chocolate was delicious and the rest of the food all good!

Two lanes to do drive through ordering. Merging into one for cashier.. However, no one wants to let the merging vehicles in per the sequence of service.The intercom system is lousy, especially having to repeat the order 5x despite not wearing the mask prior to paying for the order.

The poorest service ever. Ive been waiting for my order via MrD for almost 2 hours. I tried calling to see whats wrong and they dont even care, the line got picked up and no one responded, mind you I made multiple calls. A whole two hours!!! When I couldve ordered elsewhere before closing time and saved myself all that time wasted and the hunger that I must now endure. I have no idea why they accepted the order knowing deep down in their souls they have NO ITENTION to fulfil it, and want to wait a whole two hours for me to complain, just so they can do something about it. Jesus wouldve returned before they actually cared about doing their jobs, if I didnt lodge a complaint. The fact that they didnt even care to pick up my call or communicate the issue with me is disgusting. It is the restaurants responsibility to ensure that orders are carried out with the upmost priority and quality of service. And if no one knows how to do that I suggest investing in a business course, the least you can do is look up a YouTube tutorial on how to deliver quality service.

Very cheeky placement right outside of Delta park. Many calories burnt walking has been consumed back immediately after 😂 but good service, good food. Nice take out place.

Terrible experience at this branch. Staff were shouting at each other and the delivery men the entire time. There was no sense of customer service or care. They were speaking very rudely about us in isiZulu (which we understand very well!). We had been offered to sit down but were quickly chased out as they wanted to close at 8pm. A few drinks were still left out of the order and the mcflurry had melted after waiting 20 minutes in an empty restaurant. 1 star is very generous.

Great service and tasty food! I visit here often, but, when going through the drive-thru, am almost always asked to park while I wait for my veggie burger. I understand it isnt a high-demand dish on the menu, but I dont know if there is any way to fix this? Only a small complaint, though, all else is always efficiently done. Its inside restaurant is also spotlessly clean.

The dual drive thru ordering lanes make ordering very quick. They were done with my order quickly and their ice cream machine was actually working!!!

So clean, open & have a nice upstairs place to just have your mini burger with the Joburg view

Its takes for ever at night but lunch is always good here.

Everytime I go through the drive-thru, theres a swarm of uber eats/ MrD drivers crowding around the collection window and staff does nothing about it. Very inconvenient for other customers. Put a system in place to assist both without the chaos!

The one drive through speaker was out of order and I had to go round to get to the working speaker again. When I told the staff that they were most unhelpful and short off with me....

We waited for 20 mins for a muffin, even though there was no cars behind. We had to remind them to give it to us, and the muffins were ice cold. Just Disappointed.

The best McDonalds by far within a 3km radius. Do yourself a favour and skip the McDonalds in Northcliff.

Visited on Saturday 1st February. Lunch outing for 3 students and a baby. I was totally unfamiliar with the McDonalds menu and asked for a hard copy of the menu (showing my age !). Not available and I became rather stressed as I felt I was holding up the queue whilst trying to co-ordinate my guests requests. Mbali took control. Took me aside, calmed me down and patiently explained the menu and made suggestions.Suggested we take a seat upstairs and said she would bring the food to us. What a pleasure dealing with her. Empathetic, customer focused and prepared to go the extra mile. A real star. I will definitely pop in again when next in the area.

They are very slow with attitude to delivery drivers. They need to improve a lot because drivers do stay 5 minutes or more without anyone checking in what order are they collecting

Ordered on drive thru but had to wait more than 30mins to get our food and it was not even busy with walk in customers, definately wont go back

They dont have public toilet ..........and no paking for delivery bikes

Website says they open at 6h00. Was there at 6h30 they said this is not true. They only open at 7h00.
