Very quiet at 7pm. Nice place to have a good peaceful meal. The chicken is the best.

First Nandos meal since lockdown. Luckily the food is just as amazing as I remember it. Unfortunately they confused the wedges with chips, so the attention to detail could clearly be better.

I Like the set up.... Seating away from noizy crowd. Gets a bit rowdy and busy. Service is average. Table service felt more welcomed and waiter was more friendly than your order being taken. Ordered a veggie wrap and quite a long wait but the wait was worth it, food was excellent....

The manager accommodated my special request after I was rejected at Nandos Rosebank

I havent visited this outlet in a while because their sevice levels are generally terrible but today thought to give it one more try. My order number was 013 but after waiting in the store for over half an hr to get it prepared I was even more disappointed when I got home to find that they had messed it up. I ordered a full chicken whole lemon and herb with some sides but a mild chicken cut into 8 portions was packed in my order. I dont know if Im more disappointed in you or myself for thinking things might have improved and I have kids who cannot take spicy food so I have to prepare an alternative meal for them now.

It is not always full. Its clean and neat. Food there is nice.

Taste is good and depending on what you order it is amazing. However they tend to lack when it comes to burgers and other items where the meat is hidden. Unfortunately the price to content of your burger ratio(on multiple occasions) has let them down. But for a lunch with their chicken or other items Id say definitely give it a go.

Eat here all the time. Food is good. Atmosphere lively and good set up. The owner is the most humble person you could ever meet. If you call and order its really quick. However staff should listen to instructions, when you say extra spice, you mean EXTRA SPICE. Not spice only on the first 2 wedges. Spicy wedges should not look like the pic below. #AlmostLaughable

Nandos Park town disappointed me, I always use this branch for work lunch and craft, but after today, I deleted the app on my phone, firstly the app doesnt allow you to track your order. Then they deliver half if not quarter of meals you ordered. Ka leboga Nandos Park town, you just lost me as customer personally and me as production personal feed my team. Bye.

THE BEST Nandos in Gauteng. Chicken is always fresh and really good.

We often order from Nandos in Parktown via UberEats. However, the service is inconsistent. Food is sometimes messily presented or cold on arrival. Tonight is the final straw though: A scheduled order took around 20 minutes to deliver because, only once the driver collected the order, were we told (via UberEats) that he was delivering another order on the way. On the way should mean in the same direction - NOT a 10-minute drive in the OPPOSITE direction! This is unacceptable!While we understand why restaurants do this, it is poor service not to notify customers in advance - especially when the order is scheduled for later delivery. 2 delivery fees have been paid (1 per customer) but our food is cold by the time it arrives! Extremely poor service!

The place is clean, has both internal and external seats, service is good and the staff is friendly.The bummer is that its in a busy area so parking gets limited, for those using public transport, the taxis are just across the road, and its on the bus route. Its surrounded by banks and therefore plenty ATM and theres a petrol station across the road. The area is upmarket and safe
