Staff needs training and management. The ordering system inside is a mess, none of the staff knows what to do. Had no Hot Chocolate or Cuppachino. We waited 20min for a burger and nuggets and the burger was ice cold when we received it eventually. This store needs a good manager. Beautiful store though.

The service was so bad, they didnt have orange or apple juice. They also gave me an incorrect order, when I brought it to their attention I received attitude and no apology. Asked to speak to the manager, same bad attitude.

Ordered a medium meal at this Mc Donalds and swopped out my fries for chilli cheese fried as I usual do at any other franchise store however the portion was like kiddies fries and burger looked like it was just thrown into the box. Kind of disappointed.

The manager Alison is definitely someone who loves his job and doesnt shy away from going the extra mile! Young and dynamic he successfully knows how to make customers smile and come back whilst training his staff. What an impressive experience we had when Alison retrieved 2 extra books from the Cresswell series for our kids. With such endeavour the future look very promising. Thank you

The most frustrating service, you are in the shop and they still want to use the app to make your order and they are struggling to navigate in the app, we have 11 official languages and despite trying to switch to those that I can understand the people working there refused to speak Zulu or English and continued to converse in their language but they can clearly see you are failing to understand what they are asking and continue anyway. My favourite burger is a double Boerie but they said they dont make it anymore except for breakfast. Who eats burgers for breakfast? Out of politeness I ended up spending R261 buying food I did not know or want let alone enjoy because of the communication breakdown they ended up giving me whatever they wanted. If people are to work in retail they ought to be properly trained .

So, I check my bag at the last window and tell the lady who handed me my bag that theres been some sort of mistake as I ordered a triple cheese burger and shes given me a junior cheese burger... PUNCHLINE - This sad, limp junior burger is the triple cheese burger.Think its about time I get done with being ripped off by McDonalds.

The staff was Amazing. Theres a lady there who assist with collection of orders. Shes very talkative and bubbly and actually makes the waiting period very bearable. Even my 8yr old enjoyed her service

My car passenger back window was smashed and my laptop was stolen while I was enjoying a meal. From where I was sitting I could see the car but when the car that parked next to mine left, I didnt even suspect anything. I was also told that I was not the first victim.

I work across the road and every morning without fail I always order the exact same things HOT CHOCOLATE AND A HOMESTYLE DOUGHNUT plain and simple but 4days out of 5 I always have to drive through a second time to rectify the order.i dont mind doing it but sometimes the wait is too long and I just brush it off. I might be a little person but calculate R38 x2 for 7days then a month then a year......so as much as I love hot chocolate I cant keep accepting the idea that the staff just cant get the order right ........5 stars for taste 1star for service 3stars overall

I was served an ice cold Danish, I had to walk in after using the drive through to ask them to warm it up. The Cafe lady had such a horrible attitude 🙄

Clean, sanitize regularly, they have a checkin list to keep track of all people that enter the store for security reasons. Organized and seems there are always people so the food is always fresh. Will definitely go back!

After realizing the last place I used my wallet was at this Cafe, immediately called them and received the Best Customer service ever asked for all my info and told me they will get back to me..phoned back in an instant to let me know they indeed have my wallet.. the lady who served our Frappès on Sunday picked it up and handed it in immediately... I left home at 1 in the morning on my way to the Doc in Jhb.I arrived in GP earlier than expected. My friend suggested we do Breakfast at the Woodmead Mac Donalds before going into town but at 6 A.M Mac Donalds was still closed.I left her to do the Breakfast on her own while I dodged the early morning traffic into town.Once they opened she bought her an Newspaper and Breakfast just like back in the day.According the her the service was good and the food was acceptable.

I took four children to Mc Donalds and we sat down to eat happy meals. Unfortunately my daughters coke spilt. Mikateko walked by and I apologized for the mess we made. She was more concerned with the fact that my daughter no longer had a coke. She immediately brought my daughter another one and carried on cleaning. I would recommend her to anyone, she is a true asset to the Mc Donalds Woodmead branch- employee of the year. Thank you for making us having a great experience.

VERY confusing entrance to the McDonalds building, one tiny sign hidden behind leaves of a tree, and one little M painted on the ground as you drive up to the building. We Stood and waited for +20 mins for our food at the drive-thru window, only to have literally EVERYTHING ice cold (especially the chips) and weirdest of all the cheeseburger buns were, oddly burned underneath all of the buns. Confused why we waited so long for the food, especially when everything was ice cold and the milk shake was waiting at the window with the coffee. So we know it wasnt the beverages holding things up. And no tissues. Best part of the experience was truly asking for extra ketchup, and trust me, there was EXTRA ketchup.This was my 2nd time trying this branch out. First time was a walk in / sit down and the customer experience from the door lady was cute, but this 2nd one, 2/10 would not recommend on way to work.[For those curious to know the order: 1 x cheeseburger medium meal, vanilla milkshake, 3 x cheeseburgers (individual burgers and not meals), 1 x black coffee (all cheeseburgers were the kiddies sized ones)]

Probably one of the slowest Drive-Thrus Ive ever been to. Wasnt even peak time traffic, but it took 25 mins to get me meal when there was only 4 other cars in front of me. Thats more than 5 mins per car waiting. Would rather go to other McDonalds in the area because they have much better service.

Well the place is very nice and always clean the staff is also very well trained and friendly my only problem is the drive thru you get a very different side of the restaurant they are so impatient and rude at times and it just happens that the food we get from the drive thru is not as well done as the one you get inside when at the drive thru its like they always serve the old fries that are half burnt this happens almost every time so Id suggest you just go inside drive thru is bad
