Super happy we waiting for about an hour 30 minutes, worth the wait, food great both kids enjoyed the experience. Cant wait to come again - the vibe between kids and parent love it best of both world.

Steak was served at proper temperature and a good portion, very good value. Cops and onion rings were fresh. Service was really good even during the busy rush on lunch. Kids area is massive and a huge draw, even a small inside section for times of our weather. Even has an netted cricket pitch and soccer field.

The service was a bit slow. Waited for 20mi for the waiter to take our order and he then disappeared close to an hour. Waited another 30min for him to come with my drink.Over-all its a beautiful place. The food was great and I fell in love with the Golden Waffle 😍😍😍

Meal sizes are awesome. Had one of the best rump steaks I have ever had, cooked perfectly. Dessert was delicious and the service was superb. Will definitely be going back there. Would recommend Papachinos Stoneridge for date nights and family outings.

An amazing atmosphere welcome service we had. I called in to make an appointment and everything was already organized. We had my grandchilds 5th birthday mini celebration. I would like to say thank you to all the waiters and waitresses that made us feel as if we are at home. The food was ummmmm delicious, everything about this place felt like home. The supervisor came to also check on us🥰🥰🥰🥰

I’m impressed with kids play area. Kids have a variation of play stations such bikes and car rides etc. Food is not up to my level of expectation. I’m not sure what type of oil is used for fries but it’s just not nice, I ate half the portion of fried for the sake of my money . Drinks are nice. It’s a huge sitting area but still and still gets packed

Papachinos is great with an awesome family vibe. Theres something for everyone. The food portions are very generous, waiters very happy and there are people to watch your kids on the playground! Oh and the food is great too! Just go there, trust me. You wont regret it!

My husband and I decided to take our son to Papachinos Stoneridge for the first time, it was packed but the wait was definitely worth it. We eventually got a table in close proximity to the kiddies play area at least that put us at ease as we had full visibility of the movement in the kids section.The interior is breathtaking and warmly and the cherry on top it is quite child friendly with amplify kiddies play area.The pizza was amazing nicely baked, with slightly crispy base which is our preference anyways.I can definitely recommend it to anyone.The place is COVID19 regulated, staff wore masks and face shields, diners showed positive compliance and I noticed one lady who regularly sanitized the kids track which I found extremely impressive and precautionary.Too sad it started drizzling and got chilly and we had to leave, The young man is still fascinated about Papachinos, I even had to promise him another visit there as he was retaliating.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, family and colleagues and Im coming back, hoping to try the adventure golf section next time.Kudos😍😍

HonestlySomething was just off today... 🤔I cant quite put my finger on it but dining isnt the same after #Lockdown.Ive been avoiding many places but Papachinos has always been a favourite for me, especially with the little ones birthdays... 😔However Stoneridge didnt quite hit the spot.Their milkshake left me wondering if they used low fat milk or soy milk because it did not in the least have taste. It was just a blue coloured drink with lots of sugar.It had an aftertaste as well 😝 & didnt go down easy.It also spoilt the meal I had ordered. Decided to rather stop eating and take the meal... Will see if I have better tastebuds for it in morning.However, Ive always like Papachinos & its busy atmosphere.

Food was Good. The disappointing part is the fact that I brought a huge Group to celebrate a childs Birthday . And we couldnt get the waiters to come sing Happy Birthday. I was watching our waiter Bonny asking his colleagues to assist, all of which were reluctant. One named Max Blatantly refused as I watched Bonny plead with him. Maybe your team hates us celebrating there . Its really trying to create memories for our children.. Ill be back for orders only . ....

The vibe to the whole restaurant was just phenomenal along side sanitizing, friendly waiters and overall safety. The kiddies play section is to the next level aswell as kids just having fun. Everything about Papachinos was just perfect. The cool decor, great service from the waiters, really good food and the awesome play area for the kids outside. There is something at Papachinos for the whole family. The coin operated toy cars and bikes are also a big hit with the kids.

Excellent service and food during this Level 4 lock down! Cant wait to bring the kids after Level 4! We ordered the chicken wrap special, kiddies ribs and chips and kiddies pizzas, all our food was fresh and delicious and big portions as well as amazing value for money! Well done guys!

Absolutely a waste of time. Wanted to eat a simply meal, however, there was a 30min waiting period (which turned out to be much longer). If I had known that I had to wait till Jesus returns, I would have never gone to this restaurant in the first place. We immediately chose another restaurant that did not want to test us, the way God tests us. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant. Enter at your own risk.

I would go there for that, even if I dont have my kid with me.Hubby had a hamburger, was also very good. Very big, no way to bite it 🤣😂For the girl we had chicken strips and chips. Deeply disappointed. Was at the restaurant on Saturday with friends and was for the first time ever dissatisfied with the quality of the food received. I ordered a Trinchado starter. It got to me and it literally was like instant gravy sauce with a few pieces of meat thrown into it. This was definitely not how Trinchado is made. Not sure if I will be back for quite a while.

The family venue has a lot of character and a bustling, friendly atmosphere. The decor is trendy and interesting, with an industrial feel to it. Huge playing area for kids outside. Largely Italian menu. Food is a bit on the saucy side and garlic snails were more cheese than garlic. But prices are fair and cocktails are delicious.

This is a wonderful family Restaurant with the most amazing play area for children! If you are not wanting a kiddy interaction, the inside area is beautifully styled and much quieter. Food is great at a great price. Family orientated and the wonderful staff ,are so comfortable with the kids around. A mom stress free environment!

Worth it! Good, well presented food! Check out the photos. The table size for 4 people is bigger than any other place Ive seen so far. Not cramped up like some other places. Music not too loud. Friendly staff. Someone greeted us at the entrance before a waiter took us to our table. Spacious, neat, clean floors and tables were well placed. Outside balcony area overlooks the Stoneridge parking area & shopping mall. Papachinos invested in a childrens playing area that spans an enormous area in an L shape around the main building. This is a winning concept for parents. The balcony area also features vinyl drop-down curtains for rainy or windy days. They have outdoor heaters and even have fire places for really cold days. Very nice place - will recommend them. You get 5-star treatment. Love this place.

Great family friendly restaurant that (compared to some of its counterparts) has had a fresh facelift in decor and style. Portion sizes are large, tasty and well worth the price. Its quite a busy venue so its advisable to make a reservation in advance.

The food was awesome, the portions were very generous but the waiter(Mbuso) that served us had an attitude that belong to the streets....very disappointed. I did tell him that he had completely neglected us the whole evening, only coming to our table 3 times, to bring the drinks, the food and the bill, he never uttered a word and completely acted like I never said a thing ... it felt like we had just ordered from a drive through. Sadly, he had to be the very first waiter I ever under tipped my whole life. Dining should be an experience, one that makes you feel like you are home away from home.

Missing star because the Kiddies mac&cheese was literally mac&cheese, lol, as in cheddar melted over macaroni, at least thats what it looked and tasted like. Otherwise I love this place for a family outing, their play area is really what makes it one of the best, they really cater to little ones.Its spacious, clean, good service.Im not so sure about all the funfair machines though, those token rides and other stuff like that. I mean if Ive budgeted x-amount for the outing, its kind of tricky to now have your toddler crying for the rides and sweets machines 😅

The food presentation is out of this world..the waiters...especially Michael I think that was his name he was very accommodative of me and my crazy friends. Had to go back there for 2 more birthday dinners.

This place is incredible, the play ground is very well kitted out.Has play areas for the older kids(cricket nets, action soccer area, basketball) plenty jungle gyms for all ages, climbing bars and big fire engine truck with slides etc etc.Great place for the kiddies to blow off some steam, even better that there are child minders to keep an eye out on the children so mum and dad can actually have a meal.Little kids also can make their own pizzas inside and plenty of coin operated rides too.Menu selection is lekker and the food is always tasty.Awesome place!

The pizza making station is a big hit with the kids. There are a number of activities for them both inside and out. The food is of a good quality and prices are market related.

My wife and I took the children for a milkshake and of course they wanted to explore the play area as it was their first time.The Cake and Coffee special was awesome, the locally baked cakes are fresh and tasty.The decor is very cool and attention to detail brings the place alive.It was very busy and a 30minute waiting for tables but the children had a blast so worth the wait.

What a great place especially for families. Food was awesome. The only feedback I can give is that the kid miners werent great they were on their phones and not looking after the kids.

We visited Papchinos for the first time and were not disappointed. The tables go very quickly, so it is better to make a reservation ahead of time or you will have to wait, especially for a spot by the play area. They have made an effort to make the waiting area as comfortable as possible, even providing magazines to read through, but they dont have a cash bar or waiter for this section so it can get tiresome after a while.The menu has a good variety of options with some unique meals I havent seen offered elsewhere. We were impressed with the food itself, which was great in portion size and very tasty.All in all, from the decor, to staff, to the playground, it is clear the amount of effort that has gone into making your visit an enjoyable one.
