The service rendered by Crew ID 94 - Lerato Sonia Mooketsi was horrible from placing the order to payment, was extremely unbearable and no eye contact whatsoever. No customer service!!! I ordered 1 Oreo McFlurry and 1 Smarties McFlurry and instead was given the incorrect order. I want my ice cream as I eat this one.

Good and usually fast McDonalds. The seats are a little torn and need an upgrade.

Please put more effort into your chicken salad. Whole leaves of lettuce with only 4 pieces of tomato... Bite size pieces plz.

I bought happy meals on two different occasions on both those times I never received the apple juice. I also always have an issue with them NOT putting salt on the chips. The last time I confronted them about this I was told that I must make a request if I need salt on my chips, which makes me wonder if this McDonalds is different from others. This past weekend I bought a meal with a medium drink and they only gave me a regular drink, luckily I had decided to sit in, if it was a take away then it was going to be another big inconvenience as usual. I therefore recommend that people double-check their order before they leave.

The service was awesome overall. My only complaint is that they dont give you a choice of whether you want ice in your drink or not. But overall, the service was great and the atmosphere was great.

Disappointing service i experienced on Friday night when i ordered 2 x big mac on drive thru only to find out that burgers tested old. One burger did not have lettuce but you could see that lettuce was removed, which clearly shows that it was old

Food was okay but was surprised to learn that their staff didnt have phones or the app. I wanted a deal on the app but didnt have my phone with me so no one there could help me. For that I give them 1 out 5.

Appaling service. Waiting in line just to get a cone shoved in front of the car without a single word on why. Just for me and the 5 cars behind me to wait 10 mins without anyone telling us you closed. And when we asked if they are closed we get the response yes, you could see I put the cone infront of you. The manager even came out and did absolutely nothing to notify any waiting customers. Stay clear of this place.

The worst experience ever. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for a bloody mcflurry. Felt like the only cue that was moving was the drive thru. Worst part, 2 ppl who payed after got the orders b 4 me.

Waiting time is average - no trays for sit down meals which results in having to clean ur own table. Bathroom are untidy - no toilet paper

Went there for some stress relief. The place was clean and Covid compliant. It was busy as well. Ordered our coffee and donuts and really had a relaxing time.

McDonalds works were Friendly and their service was great and quick.

The qeues were long as cars piled up in Beyers Naude Drive opposite Cresta. Who will forget those great service we were promised with staff we served you with a smile. As years gone by the only traffic in Beyers Naude is during peak hour and that is not to enter the Macdonalds at the Cresta Corner Shopping Centre. What disappear through the years were those smiling faces greeting you. Service levels have dropped and unless you can Crack a funny joke you will not get a smile. The drive through is slow. The order was quick though and the chips not crispy warm as fresh. I am generally not a Macdonalds fan, but they usually make the best crispy thin chips of all the take away places.

Disgusting place, probably the worst Mcdonalds in Joburg, if you go through the very slow drive thru youll see RATS running around. As for the staff (especially the staff inside) very very RUDE, not just once for a few years now, Ive lost hope for them and dont go there anymore, its sad people are struggling to find jobs in this pandemic and here are people who dont value theirs. Dont waste your time, theres plenty better Mcdonalds in the area. Eg: Mcdonalds Strijdom park.

Other than the hand sanitizer available at the door and mandatory face masks, this place is not in the slightest COVID compliant. Dirty tables everywhere you look. A slip on a table, dirty marks on the other, an old ice cream Sunday plastic cup just chilling on another table. None of the touch screens were wiped after use, I saw 4 people use the same touch screen while waiting for my meal, wasnt cleaned once in that time.Their card machines were not available at all of the touch screens, and there wasnt someone waiting to ring us up at the till.

Lets face it, a McDonalds is a McDonalds. Same old same old except for, importantly, the staff and on site manager. This particular McDonalds is focusing mainly on servicing the drive-through, so much so that it is not often that youll see anyone manning the counter. This however changes when groups of schoolchildren come in - then 1 (one) person will come attend... 🤣OK, service is a bit slow, but the coffee and food tastes the same after youve successfully nagged them for tomato ketchup, salt and pepper. Shop is clean, social distancing and wearing of masks are adhered to.

Great Service and the electronic pay point in COVID time lets one not worry about a lot of things...they need to just sanitize after each customer uses the terminal.

Each and everytime I order a Tripple Chillie Cheese its either i get a double chillie cheese or a single pattie one pattie !!!!! . The other time I got a cheese burger instead . Today is the third time this is happening I even had to drive back. This is honestly unacceptable!!!!

This is one of the new look McDonalds I guess.. I prefer the old one that was here it was more cozy and had a warmer feel to it. But the food is the same so if youre doing take a ways then it doesnt matter. It looks like they are surviving covid-19.. Very slow service. From ordering my meal, with 2 cars in front of me, Ive been waiting 15 minutes. And another issue, Why charging customers R2.00 more on a meal, without asking us and mentioning for what purpose?

It states they have a McCafe section, but they serve McCafe products. It doesnt make sense. Very unhappy. People are rude and looks like they dont want to help, maybe thats what happened with the McCafe, they just dont want to help. Why put a sign up and advertise McCafe but dont serve it. McDs doesnt have the best burgers in the world, theyve simply perfected the fast food and quick convenient systems. This one however, has taken that super far. I could swear they read my mind before arrival and made my meal. Never been to q uicker, professional and friendly staffed McDs before like this one. Pitty I am only in the area once in a awhile to enjoy the service of the Mcds. Its great. And theyre clean and helpful and oh my word the drive through doesnt feel like jansmuts traffic on a bad bad day. So I dont have to worry about my imaginary kids annoying me because I get to the ordering section and get my food fast. Get more specials though! Its covid season i gotta save my pennies.
