I have been in JHB for two days in a row, manager to squeeze in two lunches at this wonderful Nando’s already. Going to make it three in three tomorrow. The food is fantastic, it is walking distance from almost anywhere in the CBD and the staff is friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work!!

Day light Robbery i was charged more for nothng. I specifically asked for extra sauce and i only got the meat which was small and no sauce but the amount for the sauce was deducted from my account. So much for treating customers fairly

I love this spot, so chilled and very calm. I thought i was in a coffee shop somewhere the way they treated me. Its very intimate, duitable for a couple and even a meeting i love their bibe. Font get me started on the customer service

I had an issue with an order but I was very pleased and impressed with how the manager of the Restaurant was so quick to resolve the issue . For that I would definitely recommend this restaurant because it cares about customer service and concerns. Thank you, this will be my Nandos home from now on. Love it!

Worst Service. Did an order for seven people and received the order two and half hours late. Just to find out the first driver fell of his bike (Sympathy for him) but the second driver that rocked up with half the order not even there and no card payment facilitys after specifically asking for a card machine when placing the order. The food was cold and we got plastic in the one wrap we ordered! This is disgusting!!!!!

The service is impeccable, out of this world. I have never before, was assisted with such respect and the establishment is so well kept, the staff are just amazing.Used their bathroom and this is during month end, kere bona the facility was straight up cleaner than the ones at my work place.To the management keep it that way!!!!

There has been a lot of improvement at this Nandos branch since the beginning of the year. Fast service and good care can be clearly noticed. The employees wear proper health and safety clothing. The manager is always checking to see that customers are happy...

Quiet, but its no wonder with the prices. R20 for a small coke, chips were dismal & coffee insipid.Only went for meeting, & with so many other options in the area, look for crowds, but either way you wont do much worse than this.

I used to work here and I must say that the team was hard working and doing their best. The manager then had good working ethics and great leadership skills.

Im appalled by nandos at ghandi. At 12 my colleague and I called nandos to place an order with delivery. we were told the food would be delivered by 13:20 but noone arrived. We tried calling numerous of times for an update to no avail as noone was picking up this time around. But now My colleague decided to leave and just go to nandos for the food. Noone from nandos has called to even update us on whats going on. Was all this necessary? Im really appalled

Firstly the que was long, very long and there was only one cashier helping the customers, 2ndly they didnt have a speed point and there was notice even after an angry client told them to put a notice that says Cash Only they still didnt do it. Customers has to turn back after making an order cause theres no speed point and lastly the light in complexion lady manager, is rude and has a stinky attitude....

We love the place! We visit it as work colleagues monthly - team preference after our meeting.
