The food was just like any other Macdonalds food, great. The downside is the customer service. They look so down as if they dont want to be there. Thats the only reason I wont go back there. But to be fair most eateries probably have the same low customer experience.

Its located in a very convenient area whereby you can just grab your takeaway and leave without problem.

16/09/2021Went to buy ice cream for my son and I.It was so watery absolutely disgusting, they tend the sell cheap quality ice cream.Im utterly disappointed.

Shop is a life saver for that community as it is adding value to lives around. Came at a right time and placed at right spot. Highly Vissible and easy reach for both locals and motorists.. Wheel chair friendly and public toilets available. Good thing to happen to locals.

I ordered chili chicken double nazo meal only to find out that they gave me an incorrect order, instead I was given a dry chicken burger with no sauce And no chilli as it should be. Instead I got a very dry chicken burger with a drop of mayonnaise and lettuce. I was not happy with what I received and couldnt continue eating.

The restaurant was extremely dirty, asked one of the team members to at least clean one table for us, she slowly walked to the table and wiped it with a long face like we asked her to do something that is not part of her job. Food took long, none of them explained why because the restaurant was not even busy. It was a sit in order but food came in bags, asked for trays, they gave me dirty trays, Peter who was working at front told me its not his fault trays are dirty, he also mentioned that the manager is not here thats why people are showing less interest in working.

McDonalds Olifantsfontein is terrible waited I dont know how long in the drive-thru, The gentleman at collection gets out of his vehicle walks back to the pay station then back to his vehicle. Only then did the drive through move. Collected my food, parking in the lot to eat, I open my packet and there is only like a half a packet of chips after waiting ages. So I went into the actual the McDonalds itself, which only had 2 other patrons inside only to to get another packet of fries completely unsalted. In not one to complain but just terrible service and quality of product not satisfactory.Not too mention no sanitizer to use by the entrance or exit. It was an unhappy meal to say the least!!!

Their service is not consistent.i buy there once a week.ans on numerous occasions,they mixed up my orders. Since I use drive through, I always see my order when I get home. Please check your order before you leave the store.

Very slow. Eventually had to reverse Park and go into the store. I was out and on the Rd before the cars that were still waiting in the queue.

Favorite quick food drive through, always willing to correct their mistakes and love the Nazo Meal

Customers are treated very well and the place is very well maintained.

This particular McDonalds wasnt so bad when I visited. At month end the drive through has a very long queue, but the service is efficient enough. Some of the staff is also quite friendly.

I went there dis morning iv always had bad experiences at this store but I must say things have changed coz the serve I got today was exceptionally good. And thanx to the guy name Elias he really made my day and gave me a new experience ofe the store.

Drive thru too slow. Employees dont seem to understand what theyre doing. Stood there almost 20 minutes after paying my order. Then it got mixed up. Then I had to wait for another 5 minutes for my drinks coz theres was only one person that can make milkshakes 😑

I wantend Strabbery Fremp they didnt have they said the machine is broken simple thing ice cream with Oreos also nothingI felt like the manager is not doing anything becouse its a township I was very offended by the service I got there really its shocking so it means when I want things I should go to Town or Midrand , Sandton becouse they just dont care I m very disappointed with this I m a very big fan of McDonalds I event have account but this I will never recommend anyone at this McDonalds

This has to be the best McDonalds Ive visited by far. The staff was well dressed, very friendly. I observed how all of them served all the clients with a smile. Including the security lady. Big ups to all of them, they were customer service personified. I could go there every day just to have people appreciate me lol....

I always go to the McDonalds in Olifantsfontein and it has always been okay. I am however very disappointed and disgusted at the treatment I got today from a staff member Selina (Celina). I ordered 2 McFeast meals and specifically asked for NO ICE with the Sodas. I was given Sodas WITH ICE and when I politely spoke to the cashier asking her what happened because I requested for No Ice she took the drinks and left them where they prep the food and came back to assist the other clients (She was the only one working the register and taking orders...) Selina then came back with the drinks after some time and you could tell they just yanked out the Ice and didnt bother to fill them up or wipe the cups because they had ripples of soda sliding down on them. She just threw them on the counter with a rude attitude and walked away without saying a word. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED MORE THAN ANYTHING

Service is generally very quick on most visits. Occassionally when i order the veg burger they are a bit slow and have to park and wait but at least i know its very fresh. On most recent visit they did not have the take away ketchup sachets but could not locate a container to give me some. Veg burger was very good though

Staff are friendly, the food is fresh (most of the time; could taste chips were reheated on two occasions), and they are generally on time. The few times I needed to wait for food, it is usually around 5 minutes.
