Just loved the fact that you get everything you want in one place no need to rush to other malls ,so many shops at the glen loved it 😘👌

Woolworths has become a lovely place to shop again. They have such variety. Mens, womens and kiddies clothing. Great quality on their clothes. Food section has literally everything you could ask for. The fruit and veggies last much longer than those bought elsewhere. The Glen is currently being revamped so will wait for that to finish before visiting The Glen Woolworthd again.

Terrible service and disorganized staff. There was a special going on and no one (including the manager) could tell us what products were part of the special. We get to the till and the cashier was rude and actually left us to help at another till, without saying anything. When I mentioned it, she just got defensive. After waiting with no help, I just walked out.Considered how elite this store is, youd expect the staff to be trained better...

Much better today. Yesterday was a real mess. Had to get help and the manager gracefully rearranged the shop floor for ease of access to the sale goods in the mend department. Shelved are are almost back to normal. Well done team @ the Glen woolworths.

I arrived at the store at about 17hrs15, my sole purpose was to request a minor amendment to my account. On enquiry, I was directed to the Customer relations section which just so also happened to be merged with the same queue for customers wanting to defray their purchases! The queue was at one point not very long, but the problem was there were only two operating terminals. There were plenty of staff wandering about engaged in carefree banter - totally nonchalant or oblivious to the queue that slowly became to represent a Covid-vaccination one. After a patient wait at the queue, it was finally my turn only to be told that I was too late - unable to assist because it was closing time. I yearn for the time when the brand Woolworths was synonymous with quality goods and premium service. The service I received was confrontational and dismissive. As customers we are bombarded with digital notifications of Big Discount Sales but we are treated poorly after being lured to spend our money. The problem is that not only are the goods discounted but also civil professional behavior - common courtesy is drastically reduced as part of the bargain!!

Absolutely shocking. I know they are renovating? But the whole shop wad in absolute disarray. Shocking in fact. We could not find anything. We walked out

Loving the new layout, very easy on the eye. Was in and out in 20 min around lunch time

The staff was professional and went out of their way to help me exchange my dress early this morning. I am super happy!

The store has been downgraded drastically and a smaller floor space with recent renovations. One can see that they will definitely be carrying smaller and basic ranges.

The store revamp is brilliant!!! So classy and stylish although I had to learn my way around again!

I love shopping at Woolworths The Glen. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The staf are always so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Keep up the good work, Mangement and Staff. You guys rock!

Always love the service here. Way more professional than most Woolwoths around. I literally left Mall of the South just for the experience of this particular Woolworths. The staff are friendly and know how to service people. They are helpful and professional. Great technical knowledge on product and the service is 10/10. Guys please get the managers who work here to train other staff around the South because alot is left to be desired from the Woolworths Mall of the South.So if you in the South look no further go straight to the Glen for great service.

I found all I wanted, the people who work there are kind.

If ever the cashiers and the packers can stop discussing. their cellphone preferances in front of customers. It would be a better . if the managers can be responsive to clients concerns it would be better. I think the problem its.a buddy-buddy system. Overhaul the management, then subordinates will toe the line.

Top quality...good place to shop

Great place to shop for clothes and food.

Disappointing. Dismally low on stock of all kinds(we ended up having to go elsewhere to finish our shopping for basic necessities); nobody to help the line of people at the hot food counter; and this Woolworths must be located in the earths core, because while we were experiencing weather of 18 degrees celcius outside, the temperature inside was nearing extinction-event levels of heat.

Its always nice to shop at woolies but this time it was not easy because of their renovations

As all Woolworths stores are lately, queues are long, not enough till points opened. Going there after 12 hardly anything on shelves. Quite irritating. Im actually not enjoying the Woolworths shopping experience anymore.

A bit crammed for shopping, considering the variety of household goods and grocery items consumers use today. This store keeps only small cartons of cereals and other similar items. This is not economical. Queqe control electronics not present. TIME TO EXPAND FOR CUSTOMERS CONVENIENCE !!

Love this woolies, spacious (clothing session). They have fresh food however, the food sessionis quite congested. They only use 1 pay point in the clothing session when they have 3 and its quite annoying cause the lines tend to get long but generally a clean shop

No social distancing at all. PNP useless as always. The Glen has become a unappealing place to visit and someone need to check the waste management as there is always a bad smell in the pnp entrance.

Woolworths in their food section very poor. Such a big store but space allocated to their food section so small. Their bread section needs urgently to improve as variety very poor. Will opt for meyersdal or bassonia

For a retail store that claims to have quality, they have not sorted their aircon out at this store in about a year, too hot to shop on this store yet other retail stores have their aircons working

The experience was out of this world. I went to the sleepwear department as I was going to choose a gown for my Birthday gift from my husband, the Aunty in that department was soo friendly and helpful. The outstanding service received goes to the cashier that helped us, very welcoming, very friendly, very patient, cool calm collected, as if she knew it was my birthday gift, her service was heartwarming, her employee number from my receipt is 2033732. I didnt get her name, Truworths The Glen rocks.
