Thank you so much to Woolworths Mall of the South staff for being so honest and trustworthy. I couldn’t find my phone when I got home. I phoned it and it was answered by the staff at Woolies and informed me that I left it at the till. Thank you I really appreciate your honesty. It’s rare these days to find people who are honest and trustworthy. Excellent service!

They have a viriety here food, clothing, makeup, fragrances can be bought here they adhere to covid rules and the staff is very nice

Absolutely terrible service this morning from the Woolworths ladies changerooms assistant. The lady supposedly helping had such an attitude. Seemed like everything was too much trouble. We entered happy and after she had grumped and huffed and found a problem with everything never want to return. We didnt even ask her for anything or complain. The items we wanted to try on were fastened together. She then proceeded to laugh and discuss us loudly with another Woolworths assistant in her own language. Woolworths always prided themselves on good customer service. This is obviously no longer the case. At least not at MOTS.

Me and my kids were buying food and never have I ever seen such a disrespectful cashier I thought their Woolworths had the best customer service but not at Mall of the South😏

The food section is always well stocked,food items are easy to find . Very fresh products too ,it also happens to be the only Woolworths branch in the south where Im able to find diced onion. I love it

Worst service ever, used to be my best place to shop but recently when a store merchandiser bumped me with the trolley and the stuff looked like they just didnt care, took the manager 5 Min waiting on him to come and the first aider, to my surprise I dont even think they have one, I was badly swollen on my ankle btw (still swore when I wear my heels) the manager just took a piece of paper out of no where and wrote my details to say theyll call but Ive had nothing from them this happened in January and I have to say am very disappointed with Woolworth Mall of Africa.I have the managers details.

Worst branch of Woolworths ever! Poorly trained staff who are clueless about their job compromise the reputation of the Woolworths brand.

There are better Woolies stores. This branch is OK in respect of overall product variety. In my opinion, the staff customer service attitude is lower than average as compared to other branches.

This Woolworths store has the worst service out of any Woolworths store Ive ever been to. There are extremely long queues at the checkouts because the tills are not all fully staffed. What is the point of having all those additional tills just standing there doing nothing and making your customers stand in a queue for an hour to pay for a single item? It is unacceptable! The whole idea of making everyone queue in the same queue in the hope of them buying some rubbish they dont wanrt or need while waiting in the queue is stupid. Someone with a trolley full of hundreds of items shouldnt be in the same queue as the person with a single item. There should be express tills like at normal stores so that people with 10 items or less can get on with their lives and not have to wait in a queue just to spend like R20. Time is money and the time wasted in the queue is more valuable than the money we are spending at your store. I will never be visiting this horrible Woolworths store ever again.

Worst service ever!!Bad attitude from one of the staff members ,who was controlling the social distancing queue.Heavily pregnant women were made to wait and stand on long queues.Common sense is not common for everyone!!

My mother was looking for a pair of boots and was directed to woolworths mall of the south only to find they were not on the floor yet. She was assisted by a lady named Florence at ladies shoes department who took my mothers number and told her that she will try and find the shoes for her. On Friday 23 March 2018 a month later and after contact communication with my mom she sent a message to say she has found a pair for her at the store only for my mom to go there and find that it was her day off but had left them with her collegues. We just like to say thank you to Florence for the attention and excellent customer service and for woolworths to know that they have good employees at their shops. Very long cues and the staff are not very helpful.Spent 30minwaiting for the manager when they hada problem with a return just sothat the manager could tell them that I was indeed right and could return the item. All the while my little one was getting fed up from having to stay still waiting near the till point. This is the third time I have had poor service from this branch of Woolworths so I will drive further in the future.This branch needs more friendly and helpful staff and needs more paypoints open dueing busy times. Don’t waste your time going there over a weekend. You will stand in the cues for 10-15min at least.
