Good customer service, the store is very neart and well-organized, no.long lines at their till points

I am happy what there are doing wanted to buy tv at game then they left me carrying the tv to to till when in the till they told me l am not allowed to buy tv without Lincence but salesmen did tell all this l am not happy

Went to game Johannesburg CBD (Pritchard and Joinery Street) and got the worst service ever from Nomsa Radebe and Nondumiso. Went in there to enquire about the 2 for 1 special on phones and had to wait while they were both opening a phone for the customer before me, mind you Nondumiso was just standing there doing nothin, only for them to tell us that they dont open phone contracts ans their machine is broken withso much attitude from Nomsa.

I am shocked about the extremely disgusting very bad service I got from Game Jhb Cbd. I took my microwave to Game as it was still under guarantee & not working. They took it for repairs, which I did the follow-up calling them all the time. After almost 2 months, it finally came back, I called them as usual & thats when they told me its back. I went to collect it, only to find out that it is damaged on the side, the lady said she cant give it to me bcs I didnt bring it like that. I left it at the shop, they sent me a message to collect it that it has arrived after going there to collect it & I called them to explain what happened. Now Im calling them everyday, no response, its either they hang up on me or dont answer the call at all. I still dont have my microwave back & still no communication from them. I tried to call & speak to the store manager but was told that he is not in, for several times. I would never ever buy from Game ever again. Im very disappointed, unhappy and dissatisfied .

Good service, great help. Yet I dont understand why so much stock is on display yet not in stock. Dont expect too much if you go there, just enough. 😐

The store is okay. Well managed and layed out. But the escalators dont work. This makes it hard to move to the second floor while carrying a shopping basket.

I always shop here , Im not happy with the fact that they would display 2 different prices for the same product. .. been quiet for long , things just dont change. And the scanners are not working ...

It is tidy and the staff members are quite friendly. It must fix elevators quickly though.

Very nice. Great selection of products.Also, it is sorted in a very nice manner; groceries and basic needs are close to the entrance, so its easy to run in and out with emergency supplies... Then the other stuff that arent urgent are on other floors, things like stoves and play stations and gym equipment, these are not things were rushing to get, so theyre appropriately placed on other floor levels.The staff is friendly too. I literally hd this other guy approach me to help me choose on laptops, but I didnt need help, and he backed away when I asked him to.Thank you.

Would have given 5* if the escalators and airconditioning was working. Store staff are friendly and helpful despite working in what can only be described as touch conditions. No windows for fresh air and 0 airconditioning in a multistorey store must be illegal. Plenty parking close by.

Ive been checking for over a week now on Uber eats trying to order from the store and its been unavailable. Why is that so? If the store is no longer on uber eats why show it?? Just remove it then.

I bought an airbed on the 2nd August and it deflated itself on the 2nd September which was yesterday,,,today I came to the store and I was told by Portia the wont be a refund because I was using it as a bed...1.on the package of the airbed it does not have a method of use,,,its only written 1 year warranty and 2 sleeper etc nothing regards to method of useI bought it in June at Game Store Westgate mall,,,it gave the same problem I took it back and it was resolved with immediate effect now the game store in JHB they telling me something else however it does not even have method of use written on it...

The store is OK, it has everything that you might need everyday, but thr down side there isnt efficient parking and safe parking within the area

The sales consultant on the tv sides dont give much attention but the ladies from the fridge side they take care of customers

Cool, perfect people are loyalty no more conjunction this days, only people who are selling clothes must be relocated away from the entrance to create a conjusive environment. Government must build toilets and and fance the bush by Faraday next to the tax rank to reduce the sprayed of desieses then the JHB city will raise some funds to also improve infrastructure in the city all of them get registered and pay a rent of 400 per month it will help to minimize corruption as well80% better

Friendly staff and good variety of products

The game is a little different , it has two stories . One has almost more food than a checkers and the other is all your required tech goodies . Products Range from decent quality to your more bang for buck things . I can with confidence recommend this game if you are in the area . Its clean and staff is properly trained .. +1 from my side

I was in Game Store Johannesburg wanted to buy Home Theatre music System on 20th January 16:00 . I wanted to test the display which have few manual functions on it, the rest is on a remote control. I ask the remote control and I was told that they dont have the remote controls for displays they are stolen. Then i was told that I better buy new from box I will test it @home. I told them that i better go to Eastgate. The service is very very Poor

Great in-store shopping experience. Good sales staff on the floor. Got a few sports kid games for my son, I loved it Couldnt find a rubber cricket set, (bat, ball and stumps) thats what I was keen on getting.

Great for the Game specials but has the horrible set up and even worse staff.I would suggest all first timers visit this branch with ample time on your hands as you will be referred from pillar to post by some of the staff.

In the heart of Johannesburg is one Departmental store with prices so good you can go shopping all day. Ranging from groceries to liquor, kitchen utensils,sports wear, office furniture and tools of all sorts above all a jewellery section as well. There is so much to choose from and so much to take home.

The place is ok however I think they can do better in terms of the layout and making the place clean. Im disappointed with nonfunctional escalators that havent been fixed for nearly or over a year now.

My airtime has been depleted due to either listening to the welcome tone or when they finally decide and put me through to the relevant department where no one answers. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful as I am a customer who just bought there. Thoroughly annoyed

They dont do deliveries, and the client is required to collect their stuff at the warehouse.

Cashier gave attitude, I use Samsung Pay for payments at the till however she was adamant that it doesnt scan while Ive used it at Numerous Game stores prior, if you dont know, ask, dont assume like she did that it doesnt work and the honours is with the stores to equip their staff with latest technologies and payment methods, thank goodness I had my card for the transaction
