Woolworth its OK the shop and staff is clean . Good for the quality clothing department and food department the only thing missing household goods like curtains not enough colours for bedding all season. Hope even if they are cutting down in stock not selling but they must try to have everything for a department store of that nature

The shop is spacious but theres limited stock especially in the fresh food section.There are few cashiers even on busy days but the staff in friendly and helpful.

I consider myself a loyal Woolworths customer, but what Ive experienced now at Woolworths Westgate. Disgusting. Sorry mam we no longer pack for you unless you buy bags This is what the teller in the extreme left till told me as I gave her my bags. And they were Woolworths bags. They dont even deserve the one star Google allows.Really?

The service is always excellent until recently.I had a bad service as I was returning the beef bones which the sell by date was 09-08-2021 and I made the on the 11-09-2021.The lady manager was helpful however the lady cashier was unfriendly and arrogant

Wollies Food didnt have food, most sheleves were empty so I just walked out without getting anything.I think they should consider restocking their Shelves every now and then or make space for new products.

Woolies never disappoint. They are not perfect, no one is. Nonetheless they are still the best retailer. Price, quality and service excellence is their best attributes.

The two ladies who helped me were very friendly and helpful, they even made sure to that I get the size of the shoes I was looking for. The other lady was Lindi and the other she was from other department but she went to the stockroom to chech the size of the kids takkie. Im so happy to be served by them even at the till they were also friendly

The shelves were empty and some of the ready-made food was old. Only a few tills were open so the que was long. This was honestly the worst Woolworths Ive been to!

The people that work at the food are always in a bed mood. The is always a long line to pay at Westgate. The food will open 2 or 3 tills . That is not nice

I didnt find what I was looking for ,only the larger stores like Clear Water Mall and Cresta carry 99% of everything they sell.

Overall the mall is very boring, I only come here for emergency shopping.

Went to close an account in 2019,paid the outstanding balance in full,the cashier told me to come back in 2 days to confirm,cause payments dont reflect the same day once the account is settled.I went back after 2 days to confirm, she confirmed that it was closed,long story short ,Ive been billed nd paying monthly installments for that account.......!

Excellent service from both the tellers and a manager. The previous 2 weeks, I had left my bank card after paying, but when I went there I asked if I had not left my card there. Fortunately I got it, while I didnt have any hope that I would get it. All staff members there are customer orientated

The usual good Woolworths service. Trousers merchandised according their cut style, i.e straight or skinny.

The queue was too long because of the peak period. As I was wearing a Moon boot due to a foot Fracture, I was taken to the front of the queue. That was a highly welcome consideration.
