We work at a lawfirm close to Lucys in Helderkruin, so we often order salads from them, to opt for a more healthy meal.Today we orderd one chicken salad and 2 Lucys choice salads. When we got out order, Lucys forgot to put avo in our Lucys choice salad. We phoned them and within 5 minutes Lucys delivered A WHOLE AVO to our firm.10/10 would definitely recommend.Best foodAnd the best service

OK so I tend to have a problem with Lucys menu... So many delicious things to try, and so little time.Great problem to have though... And so far all the food is delicious, good portions and the service excellent.I really like their pizzas and hamburgers. They have speciality pizzas, every one ive tried has been great. The nachos also good, the portion a bit smaller though.

I have been a regular for several years. Had my moms 70th was so nice, food was good nice vibe. So grateful thank you Lucy.

Have not been there in awhile and visited Fri 10/09. Wow! Good and friendly service but what really impressed me was how GOOOOD the pizzas are. I especially expressed the fact of the freshness of the ingredients the tomatoe base avo meats etc.. really impressed guys keep it up..

Hi Lucys, I hope you are well during the covid times. I would like to inform you that I was disappointed in both times this week that I ordered from you, both times was the first time I had ever ordered from you and I was disappointed. Thursday night we placed an order for the Rockstar burger and chips, and we got Prego rolls instead 😞 then tonight we repeated to the same gentleman our order for the Rockstar burger and chips again several times just to make sure he doesnt mess it up and made him repeat it! We finally got to taste the Rockstar burger! Whoohoo!! But disappointed that the rolls were not fresh at all and grumbled out of our fingers, the flavors of the burger was delicious but I would have loved to have at least fresh rolls as well. We thought we would give Lucys a 2nd chance as we do with everyone we order food from, but it was a disappointment. My husband and I are willing to give you another chance with our next order but not anytime soon. We pay for quality and we didnt receive it both times. Hope you can take this as a learning experience and step up your quality of rolls as well as the gentleman who answered the phone, Rockstar and Prego are far from each other when placing an order so not sure how one can get that mixed up. Blessings for you all and hope to order again next time.

The best pizza ever, the never fail on service or flavor. This is my monthly treat and a their good wood oven pizzas on a Friday night with a movie and brandy is just the relaxation you need.

We ordered two pizzas and the everyday madness burgers. We ordered to collect as the promised time was then only 30 min where delivered the time was 60 min. We are just 2 min from Lucys so we opted to collect. When we collected after 30 min the food was ready and waiting.I jist love the everyday madness burgers. Very fresh produce. The pizzas was ok. Not as nice as before as we always order the same pizzas so can judge the quality. Guess someone else made them or they were more desperate to produce good food earlier in lockdown.

Lucys pizza and burgers in westway shopping centre is one of the nicest pizzas so far,also the cappuccino is yummy.The service also was excellent and I like the location of that place as is not inside the malls,still you can sit outside in the sun or indoors as you like ,you can bring your laptop and meet business people there as well,or bring the kids for lovely pizza.There you feel like you overseas when you can have coffee outside.highly recommended

This is to date my favourite pizza place. Its location is not close to rh city, but its distance away makes it worth the drive, as the staff, good, ambiance is amazing. Especially date night, keep valentines. Im sure the music nights are amazing to. Great pizza! Vegetarian friendly.

If you want real pizza, this is the place.What is real pizza? Pizza made in a traditional fire oven. It just tastes better!All ingredients were extremely fresh, and the cheese made my tastebuds tingle.The waiters are quick to help you and always have a smile one their face. You can see they enjoy their work.We were also entertained by a singer/guitar player, but just loud enough so that you know he is there. Never did we have yell at each other to be heard.We also had a magnificent view of the koppies around us.Over all it was one of the best dining experiences I have had, and cant wait to go back.

Simply the best pizza in town. Perfect crust, packed with toppings and a really authentic experience. We drive 10km to go to Lucys. Their milk tart is also like nothing youve ever had before.
