The store operating hours advertised state that they close at 20:00. But I have been going there by 19:35 after work and the security guards tell you that I cant go in because they are closed. Its been two days.They should just say that they close at 19:30 for convenience sake.

The service was great

I was served by a lady called noluthando mbambela at the money market she was extremely rude to all her customers shouting and giving them a very bad experience. She gave the worst customer service ever. She is just unattentive, also gave me something different from what i had asked for poor service terrible experience!!!!!!

Social distance is not observed,therefore feel unsafe to do shopping

Poor management! I don’t even think this store has a manager!How can such a busy store have empty tills during the end of the month?The Cashiers are slow and rude! The don’t greet. If you do greet them, you will be lucky if you even get a reply. You talk to them and they reply you after 2 minutes of you standing there like a fool.Cashiers are very unprofessional, always chewing gum!Poor queuing system + empty tills + slow Cashiers = spending an hour in this dirty store.I wonder how the manager is “not aware” of all these grievances!Disappointing experience!

One star for the brand name the service is pathetic no one collect trolleys and shopping baskets its a mess. I dont take my son to shop at month end cause its a disaster. The management is not doing enough to maintain the standards of shoprite or maybe they dont care because it is in a black community.....

Security is still a problem in this store. The guys who stand outside shoprite they come in and stand next to the lift door and spot people asking for cash by the cashier and follow them. I think if the security can ask them to be outside we can help so many people not to be robbed.

I love shopping there with my family and its not far from my place but the staff sometimes are very slow more especially on month end but everything is fine

I like the parking area it feels safe ,but they must improve on cleanliness inside the shop

Place is full of hawkers, drug addicts and its all really crowded by the entrance. There is no system of queing up inside, anyone can skip the queue. I wouldnt recommend this place.
