Stopped here for a late snack after a show, and the service was great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but even more impressive is how hands on the owner is and how informative and willing she was to assist in selecting something.They offer a great experience where they can print a picture of yourself and partner on your coffee! A very rare find and great experience to see! The coffee is really good too.We ordered a toasted caprice, the ingredients and everything about it was fresh and worth a revisit anytime.

Awesome menu! I had the best mango and mint smoothie ever! Also had a maxican fajita bagel and it was amazing!! They had a special of R85 for two bagels. Great service too!! It was my first time and I will definitely come back!!

Been to Paneli twice now and I just wanted to say that the service and staff are so friendly and warm! The ice coffees are amazing and recently I tried the baked cheese cake...Oooh Yummy goodness :D Next I am going to try the wraps.Also think it is so nice to see the owner in the store, she is very hands on and she is speaks really well to her patrons and staff, definitely a place I will be going to again and again!For the love of good food!

Had a litttle surprise when we ordered lattes. We were asked if we would like to have our picture on taken for the coffee cups. When our latyes arrived, the pic was on the foam, quite artistic and very cute. Staff here were friendly and food bagel and doughnut was good.
