After relocating, the wifi installers needed to come again. Its been 3 months now and nobody came. And during the 3 months of no service they have still be chopping the money every month. I tried to called and they promised they would send someone but nobody came. I really thought Telkom was the best, now .........they have showed me who they are. Next move: Switching network providers

COVID waited for half an hour to get in the store. Representative was friendly. Said I could have my phone the next day. 3 days later NOTHING!Called and held on at least 20 minutes at a time.They will get back to me.NOTHINGTHE COMPANY IS STRUGGLING THE WHOLE REASON IS STAFF THAT HATE THEIR JOB AND DONT APPRECIATE HAVING A JOB.

They simply do not answer their phones. When they do they simply pick them up and put them down immediately. What a pathetic way for a telephone/cellphone company to deal with customers.

You will wait and wait and wait... complex and simple queue combined. Buying a sim card same queue as someone buying new contract.... Hehehe

This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with!1. I applied online for uncapped wifi + router. I received an Sms stating that my package would be delivered within 7 working days.2. After 14 working days, the call center technician told me that they LIE about the 7 working day margin and in actual fact it would be delivered in 21 working days.3. After 22 working days, I contacted the call Centre once more. A technician told me their systems were done and he endured me he would contact me within the hour.4. After 24 working days I proceeded to call the Centre over and over again with no response for over 30 minutes on each call.5. After 25 working days I attempted to go in store. They had told me I had never been registered and they can find nothing on the system linked to my details..Needless to say. I WILL NEVER EVER BE LINKED TO TELKOM AGAIN..Highly NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone !

This store is always busy with long queues and slow turnaround. Otherwise no complaints. Consider using another branch.

Shocking:::: At first we never had a phone line or wifi for a week we spoke to someone and they said the would fix it by 2-3 working days and a week passed a lot pissed off with that 2 weeks past we phoned everyday asked to speak to the supervisor and we would get put on hold for minimum 20 minutes so we asked to see if they have even acknowledged us a month later we phone shouting and they say we have cut you off and we do not know how to repair your line
