Needed sim swap, trainee very unhelpfully told me I needed proof of residence and ID, unable to explain procedures.No proof of residence was then required. Waited until I worked out what Lady was doing.Sanitiser smelled like used dishwater. Then process continued smoothly.

Absolutely the best service Ive ever received from a mobile communications and internet provider. They explain everything clearly and professionally. Ive already recommended it to some friends and family members.

I have always had excellent service from the team at Norwood, especially Safiso who has always been extremely helpful and knows the products well. I have a lot of telkom accounts and they have never given me anything but good service.

Sadly this Telkom outlet dissapointed. I am trying to find a part good am LTE desk phone. First time I went they didnt have the power supply I was looking for. Second time no phones in stock.You get the impression theres no stock at all. No mobiles on the shelves, youre not sure whats actually for sale.Telkom often dissapoints. Not reccomended.

Nobody is answering the phone calls. Worst customer service experience ever and I will not recommend this service provider to anyone. Wish I could give it zero stars.
