Great service , the shop today when l visited it was busy,the interior of the shop is beautiful.The security officer l didnt love the customer service,l asked them something for some product and the way she responded its like she never cared.A least customer service needs improvement

If there was an option for zero I would rate zero here. Do not buy meat at this shop. I bought chicken pieces yesterday, and when I cook it today it smells rotten with terrible taste. If I had enough time on my hands I would take the whole pot to the manager to see if they can eat this garbage. I am very very hurt by this

Unprofessional staffThey always claim they have no money at the till when you try to withdrawTheir kiosk is also uselessBanks have made it possible for us to withdraw so why are they so disinterested in providing this simple service. Why are staff so conniving.

The background music is ridiculously loud, you would think you’re at a club or something. The choice of music is just so inappropriate.It’s worse during the weekend. I think it’s just an excuse by the employees so that they feel the “weekend vibe” at our expense. 😤

Great staff and the service I received was excellent.

Its generally clean and you can literally find almost everything that you need.

This store packs rotten fruits and vegetables on their shelves and if you buy without checking you might just buy the rotten stuff. The store is sometimes very untidy that when you walk around you need to be mindful as theres some times water on the floor not mopped. The price tags especially on sale stuff are not descriptive enough and also theres this false advertisement Ive seen going on where theres a price tag saying low price or save now in a red, yellow & white sticker but when you check for the normal price its still the same so theres actually no saving. The cashiers arent the most helpful either so shopping here wasnt a great experience. Most tills are usually closed then we have to stand on a long queue to pay

Shoprite the service is really poor i went to buy 3 things the line was so long with only 3 tellers available.. this is really pathetic and the tellers are talking to each other while assisting customers we were so irritated . Really bad service

The store is clean and always has stock they must work on the efficiency of their cashiers though cause they are slow which causes unnecessary queues

My weekly stop point, need to work on queue management, they need to work on addition cashiers when the need arises

A lot of shops and restaurants have closed and most importantly the charging machine isnt there.
