Its a good place to do it a shopping but sometimes the cashier their too slowly n no one takes seriously about services special late evening please do it something about it

Had the worst service by one of the ladies that save by the bakery today she was even swearing at us because we complained to why she was ignoring us while we waited to be served. She was very xenophobic she kept shouting at us telling us to go back to our country. I wonder if this is the kind of service you offer and what you represent. There were a lot of witnesses to the incident. Unfortunately we couldnt get her name but can surely identify her

Not impressed with this place. Selling a white bread made to look like a panini as a panini, previously had big issues trying to withdraw money and dont ask to see management when there is a problem, they just leave you standing there

Not impressed. Pet section is extremely limited no treats or collars. Meat section very untidy. Cashiers need training. While I was waiting to pay the cashier was involved in a chat with a co worker. No managers on the floor. I dont like it there. Will stick to P&P Norwood in future.

In 2 separate occassions i received appalling service from deli to cashier. Today was the last straw, i am disappointed at how a certain Ms Sekhoadi handled my transaction.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE i think most need adequate training.

I bought pap and chicken necks on the 11th of June 2020 .i dnt know what was in that food but it made me really sick,i started getting stomach cramps like 2 hours after i have eaten this food,i know for sure that it was the necks and pap that made me sick because i did not eat anything else on this day,this food was actually the first and only thing i ate on the day,the whole night i was literally going to the toilet after every 5 mins,I will never buy anything else from this stores deli section ever again in the future.

Always packed, there should be a better way in managing the cashiers. If you want to buy from the kiosk maybe cigarette etc, you have to Que with the rest, other than that its convenient, consistent and great business hours.
