The cakes are always so stale despite asking the staff. They lie and say that its fresh, when you get home- it tastes disgusting. Not the 1st time, but on many occasions.I should have brought back the rock hard cake that I bought from you guys to judge for yourselfBeing in the area and your bakery being convenient in terms of location i decided to give it a try again since i thought that maybe it was just a bad batch, but it seems to be a repeat problem. Im sorry to post this but I thought I should bring it to your attention so that you can improve.

Absolutely tasty cakes and treats. They also sell meat and make personalized cakes for special occasions.

Very disappointed with the service, after they took the money they did whatever they want. they did not care about what I wanted. I went to the shop on Saturday to order a cake that I wanted for wednesday morning the lady calls me on Tuesday and says the cake is ready. then I told her that no I wanted it for wednesday she said okay no problem that means my cake is made 2 days before I needed it and it will not be as fresh as I wanted but I thought its cool not a big deal I go to collect today and then I find out that she got my whole order wrong I asked her to put a picture on the cake that is not on the full cake I just wanted it on the corner a small picture she did the picture on the whole cake and when I call her she is trying to make it my fault while I went to the shop specially to make sure I get what I want. Anyway now I have to go runaround and try to find a better place where they can make me my order for tonight with the specifics that I want. A very bad experience i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Literally the best cake and baked treats you can find. This family run bakery is a little gem located in the Mayfair west. You get greeted with a smile by the owners Shoneez and Husband Ash. They are always there day in day out making sure that nothing but the best products come out their kitchen onto the shelves. This place is worth the drive out, and its located in a safe and quiet side of Mayfair with lots of parking.

The Confectionery is really tasty with a good variety of products. They have also introduced meat products to mix so that you can buy meat and some processed meats products as well.

Quality and Authentic Home made Malay Bakery one of of a few places that still sell quality butter biscuits.

Simply delicious! A wide array of fresh cakes and biscuits, savouries and breads. Deciding what to buy is virtually impossible, so try one of each. Biscuits are as good as homemade! I will definitely go back.

Everything is always baked fresh and is very tasty. Their rolls are the best and their mini cake offering is divine. The Lemon chiffon cakes and the bar one rounds are my favourite. They are however very pricey and you would not spend less than R200 if just buying cakes for 6 people.

Located in the Crosby area, safe area if you would like to just make a stop to get some of their bakery goods. They also sell some savory items. They make a really nice lemon chiffon, as mini cakes or a larger one which you can purchase. This is my favourite to buy. The taste is consistent. The prices of their mini cakes are quite high, so expect to pay what you feel may be abit highly priced especially for the mini cakes or desserts

Cakes are delicious and always freshly made. They use real fresh cream, and its very difficult to choose because you want to take everything home!

Very very expensive for too little sometimes it isnt even nice sometimes it is but I no longer go there.

Its near impossible to walk out of here with onlyone box of treats, everything is so delicious its hard to choose just a few. The best baked goods! Go prepared.

This place has thee most nicest cakes, pastries, biscuits and so much more! Everything is always fresh!

As many other reviewers have mentioned, it starts off well but ends up with staff who are incredibly rude and incompetent! They get your order wrong and over charge you! when you rectify your orders they become defensive and are not willing to correct their mistakes - what ever happened to customer service rule #1 - the client is always right! This is becoming a pattern of very rude staff engagement which is clear from others who have had the same experience. Keep this up and youre going to lose a tone of customers fast.

I bought a marshmallow cake for my daughters birthday and upon arriving home I realized that the cake was defrosting, mouldy on the inside, and that the filling was sour. Very gross, and will not be purchasing from this establishment again.

Their cakes are superb but the owners wife is very rude the husband has more customer service.
