Covid friendly, neat and clean, food takes abit long to arrive but when you eat it, its worth every bite. Portions are quite big, value for money

Was here on Friday night and although the food was excellent, the service was terrible. Every time I needed something from my waiter, I had to get up from my table to call them. They had no level of interest or attention. The manager was talking on her phone when I went to ask for her help and she didnt once come around to check on us. We were also given the wrong order which though was rectified, came with no apology. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially since the food was so good that we would love to go back. Maybe delivery is the solution!

Very disappointed with Mduduzi service, I paid for 2x 622 prawn @R102 yet he served me 2x 622 Chicken @R89. Really feel cheated (deliberately or not)

Packaging and food was amazing. A definite favorite restaurant for my family and I.Recommend springrolls, perfect for bite size. Chicken filled bun.Green curry, brinjals stir fry, fried noodles, honey chicken.

Taste of the food was alright, but WAY overpriced for the portion sizes and prawns not deshelled - a bit difficult digging into such a tiny little box to try to grab a prawn to remove shell to actually eat it. Wont be ordering from this establishment again sorry 😞

Was out of yellow noodle stock when i visited so had to substitute for linguineWould be better if they had all the ingredients as whats advertised

Just been to Simlpy Asia Mall of Africa. Staff not welcoming at all. Didnt know menu so I tolad cashier more or less what Im looking for. She just blurted out a number. Den whilst looking for it in menus I asked for help, by now Collin the manager and another lady stood looking at us??? Made me feel very uncomfortable. Long story short no help, left and got proudly Steers. By the way Simply Asia is my wifes fav and she knws the menus, pity she is in Durban. Well I guess she wnt be coming here anytime soon

I am a regular at this branch of Simply Asia and normally I dont have a problem with the store even service could be better. However my recent experience with them left me very disappointed. On Tuesday 24/03 I called to place an order and they said that are unable to take my order now as their kitchen only opens at 12. I called at 11:35. According to Google the operating hours are from 11. If they can only make food from 12 than why does the operating hours say they open at 11.

Love the food.Staff are really nice.Food is halaal as well.I always go for the sushi.The 514 & 515 is really good too.Always ask the waiter to make sure that they add cashews in the 514 as they forgot to put the cashews in a few times with my take away orders.

Very nice food. Thai cuisine at its best. No Kiddies food though so that makes it difficult to eat out there children who favours the likes of McDonalds.

Normally food and services is good. Tonight we were disappointed with the slow service. Received our main meal before the starter arrived. Cancelled the starter because of that.

Ordered take aways tonight. Asked for standard. When I got home to eat it was so spicy I couldnt eat my food. Not impressed. Normally Simply Asia exceeds my expectations. This time it was just a disappointment

Really nice spiced rice with chicken pieces and a splash of peppers and onions...flavors were awesome but a little hot...forced to pass it on coz of that...really enjoyed the dish though

Every time Ive been, they leave the cashews out of my meal. Rice was stale. Last time they argued to put even fewer ingredients. Still using plastic straws. 2 short dark hairs in our starter.
