Tried to do an upgrade yesterday,(7 Sept 21)shocked to find the stoor still closed at 9h30. No sign on door or any info on why shop is not open. Very dissapointed. Lots of customers standing around, wanted to do business.

Cell c Walmer park are upgrading fraudulently on our business without my approval or paper work. When called they don’t get back to you and ignore you

Acting manager has bad attitude. They dont want to accept Walmer centre vouchers. Dont want split payment. Say the finance people cannot count two amounts together! They should be asked to leave Walmer centre because they dont honour the vouchers!
