They gave me a faulty phone and repaired it, but is came back with another fault. But with all the issues Vodacom handled it great and Im stil n Vodacom user. Still happy with the service. They might consider giving you a completely new device if you returned a factory fault device within the 1st week that you got it.

Not the most helpful employees, standing in the queue waiting to be helped, then the customers that just walk in and get helped, and then when somebody else get out from the backroom and asked if everybody is helped, the answer is yes, but in the meantime people stand and wait to be helped.
