Absolutely the WORST place ever bought a s21 sent it back because battery not lasting even a day hardly using the phone during the day,them rejecting the claim and claiming nothing is wrong with the phone,now when trying to collect the phone a week after i got the message its complete they cannot give it to me because the workshop is closed ..telling them ok il pick it up mondayPhoned them and confirmed where phone is as i booked it in with baywest vodashop they confirmed its with baywest they have sent it back..getting there them telling me its not with them its at greenacers repair centerThis place is a joke at by far the worst place i have ever dealt with not professional at all and very unhelpfull

Phone was booked in for charging block replacement and screen replacement,...this was done,only to discover that the charging block wasnt fixed correctly,and probably still isnt as i still havent received my phone back,the phones microphone is working no more as well....its now going on 5 months....manager couldnt care less....

Most pathetic service ever received from a cellular service provider. My cellular device was booked in on the 25th of May 2020. Recieved a Jobcard stating my phone would be repaired in 2-3 working days, thereafter I received a sms confirmation with a turn around time of 2-3 working days.5 days later I called to find out if I could collect the phone, I was then informed by the consultant that they had a back log of repairs and the technician hadnt even looked at my phone yet🤨.When I enquired when he would assess the phone, she could not answer. When I enquired why their job cards and sms said 2-3 working days turn around, if its clearly not she said I dont know. Very very unhelpful!Dont even try calling, if the lines not busy they seldom answer and when they do they are extremely unhelpful.I give them a solid thumbs down.

Firstly I would like to thank Dorothy for insisting to help me while her colleague who had no name tag on she is black with dreadlogs she was wearing a black Huawei jacket, I came in at 17:25 as I was just informed by my insurance company that my claim has been approved 17:15 since I was very disparate for a device I went straight to a nearest vodacom which I did my application at on the 23r of December.I came in she ask if she can help me told her that I am here for my claim that has been approved she told me that insurance is closed already I must come back tomorrow to fill in the form then I told her that I finished all that I have a claim no. She still insist that they closed when I tell her that I just spoke to a consultant after 17:00 she asks which phone Im claiming for I told her she said it out of stock she walked away and stand by Dorothy who was busy with another client took a speedpoint helping Dorothy to finish her client then after she told her that can you go there and tell her that insurance is closed now Dorothy replied by saying I will call insurance for her.She ask which phone I told her she came back with it then she dailed insurance, still this lady busy following her disturbing asking her for money and all then Dorothy dropped the call told me that no answer I started dailing consultant answer then I gave Dorothy to speak through my line.I got helped walked out with my new device but Im still crossed due to that lady people like her doesnt belong to a retail being so rude and unhelpful is not acceptable in a working environment especially a service provider company.
