Disgusting. The location on this map sent me 1.5km away. Trying to explain it to the ticket guy was met with confusion as he had no idea about distance. Also a customer had to call him to ticket me. Then he works with another consultant doing a cell repair and ignores walk in customers. What is his JOB? I am ticket 165 and we have 15 people waiting and 5 service agents on point. REALLY REALLY JUST NOT GIOD SERVICE ... then see the TV signal in the shop. Really shows the professional attitide

I went there to get some information. I received far more info than I had bargained for. The staff is very professional as well as knowledgeable . I left a very satisfied customer.
It is the most disorganized customer care center I have seen so far. The customers entering the shop do not know which queue to sit in and there are people walking directly to the counter skipping the queue. The excuse is that they were previously here. The one employee was very arrogant.The service is poor and the reason I say that is because I had to go back to the shop three times just to have my number ported from Cell C to Vodacom. From what I know this should be a simple process?I feel that I have made a mistake doing the porting to Vodacom.
Taryn is a star for vodacom. She went out of her way to help us. And she is very friendly.
