Outatanding quality food, the most friendly staff, such a pity the drivethru isnt really a drive thru and you have to wait in the parking lot, would have been a five out of five if this wasnt the case

26.09.2020 When the craving hits. All I wanted to eat was a Chicken wrap with Wedges, or the new peri-tato Salad. Managed to find the nearest branch and this happened to be one Ive never eaten at. Clean and neat inside. Friendly service and covid protocols adhered to. We ordered our food and enjoyed it, and also bought some takeaways.Love the colourful decor inside this branch. Although its pricey its really worth your while. The drive thru can take longer but my food is always hot, delicious and fresh.Today I ate in. My food was served shortly after sitting down. All the Covid-19 protocols were strictly adhered to. The staff are trained very well.An added bonus is they have free wifi and plug points to charge your phone/laptop. Ill definitely be back!!

Excellent service with a smile. Though the portions compared to price like the sharing chips may empty your pocket but cant really share with anyone. I probably wont because they are delicious. Keep up the good work though

Really felt like a lemon and herb chicken pita. When I opened it up it was all over the place. No flavour at all. The chips were undercooked. Not well prepared.

I was refused service through the drive through because I didnt have a mask but because there was a car behind me the lady told me to hurry up so she can serve me seeing that I have no mask. Very rude service to say the least. But they will gladly take the money from the hands Ive just sneezed on 30 seconds before and that 100s of people have touched before me. It was my first time there and surely will be my last. I will go somewhere friendlier and that doesnt require a mask at a drive through.

Happy with the service, was reminded to put on my musk while in my own car by the person who received my order in the drive through. I found that to be enlightening because I did not consider the reality that I could have jeopardised their health from my own vehicle. Thank you buddy, I will remember to put on my musk even at the drive through.

My first terrible Nandos experience.... Its like they didnt care at all. The chicken was cut through the bones and not the cartilage. It was burn with barely any sauce. No napkins either.. The coleslaw however was amazing. Can you even imagine a dry Nandos... The sauce is life.

Ordered a full portion of livers with a roll and clearly explained twice to both the cashier and the person issuing out the order to make sure that the order contained extra sauce. After a 20 minute wait in the drive though received a starter portion without extra sauce. This has happened several times now. Staff need to be trained and educated on what a full portion of livers is with extra sauce. Truly and genuinely disappointed.Update: Received an apology 3 days later.This is all you will get from this store. A lame apology. I will never purchase food from this store ever again.

This branchs food quality has really deteriorated lately. Its sad as weve been buying from there for the past 7 years and had always been great. Twice now in the same week I first ordered a burger(hot) and got what looked like a plain fillet with a drop of sauce, lettuce and mayo hardly there. Today ordered spicy rice and strips with extra sauce and im still looking for the sauce....I essentially got plain boiled rice with a few bland pieces of chicken strips and about a tea spoon of sauce. What is going on there?

Really bad service.Made feel like a right moaning Minnie just because when you stand at the till in the afternoon the sun blinds you and you cant see the menu. So I stood to one side and tried to order, with the staff knowing full well about the sun, they told me to stand in front of the till. This happened twice so I walked out. Why on earth they couldnt take an order with me being one step to the left of the till is beyond me... pathetic actually.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional managers, I went in and sat down for almost half an hour before I realized I had to go to the counter first to order, when I asked the manager why she didnt tell me she said that she tried to tell me but I ignored her which Is totally untrue, ontop of this once I paid they did not have change, and was told theyd bring my change when they brought my food, however I never got my change I havent been to Nandos in a while as I had shockingly bad service the last time at Nandos Lambton and was put off, however after todays experience Ill never go to nandos again!

I walked into nandos at 18:45 on New years eve. The staff there were so patient, so friendly, so jovial. Closing time was 19:00. I will recommend Nandos at MEADOWDALE anytime. Thank you guys . I said tsak to 2020 with my nandos meals.

I bought 2 quarter chicken meals on the 10th of February ,they packed my two meals but they did not put in my 2 x 500ml coke light buddys.Please can your staff ensure everything is packed for the customer .How can i get my cold drinks please

This will be the last time I order from these guys. My order arrived and my wrap had 2 little pieces of chicken in it with a bunch of lettuce. Not even any tomato or cucumber, i guess i was lucky to get half a teaspoon of mayo. My 4 year old can make better. What a waste of money.

I feel like the food has gone down. They hardly put sauce. Its sooooo dry even when u are for extra sauce they never put. Very disappointing

It would be nice for Nandos to put the correct operating hours on the internet. Cause you driving all the way to the sore and only to find out they closed an hour and half ago its really not acceptable.

I am unsure if you guys chose to have a staff party on a Sunday. It is past 22:00. We are a residential suburb outside the mall. We cannot sleep due to your loud music from the parking lot the entire day. Please could you guys have common decency to not do this on a Sunday. All we hear is drumming speakers. Tomorrow is work for us. Unacceptable really.

The waiters cant accommodate other black people in terms of language/s enforce Zulu language only & give bad attitude, ( discrimination to other cultures).

The service is very good

I have had to update my rating. While the food has been good, the service acceptable for a drive through. The last 2 visits I have had extremely long waits for food to arrive, easily 15 - 20min. Dont go hungry, but I can guarantee you will leave hungry after that wait!

Most days the staff are very friendly, they are always helpful.I have always received what I ordered correctly.outside and inside the store is always clean and tidy, parking is always available and safe.

The service is slow and u are never given what you ordered the quarter chicken is actually half a quarter chicken its super small. 😢I really dont like going there or even calling them for delivery its always a disappointment 😔
