Best customer care experience and great staff. The down side is the drive through which obstructs traffic going into the garage.

I found myself looking a a whole pile of food on counter that staff just ignored for more than 5 min. Eventually they packed it into bags and I discovered that it was mine. In that time the staff were wandering around, talking or staring into space while my food was getting cold.

The food was fresh and hot. The meat was tasty and the chips were many and well seasoned.Its great to have a Steers drive through in the area, the only other one Ive actually seen is all the way out in Krugersdorp. Its also great to taste a burger patty that is made from real beef, not that rubbish that McDonalds likes to pass off as beef. Go Steers!

The food is okay. Location was clean. But I wanted to say that my service experience here was excellent. Sadly I didnt catch the girls name, but she smiled and was super friendly and eager to help and explain the choices in combos. It was our first stop after arriving in south africa so the newness of being in a brand new country was a shock, but she will always stick with me since she was my first meeting with a south African person!

This is our favourite Steers. You can actually just go inside to get your order, it is just as and fast and friendly as drive thru. Unless you are in your pjs, then its quite OK to just opt for drive thru.

Steers fast food with a drive through facility. Burgers chips etc. On offer but also offers ice cream and coffee. Service was fast and efficient.

This is now the end of the road for me and Steers Sunnyrock as a person never get what you ordered, through delivery. The cheese on the cheese burger looks like cheese spread and if you order cheese jalapeno chips you only get spicy jalapeno chips no cheese. A person should always double check the order before you leave the store as they just fail to listen to what you ordered over the phone for collection. For the price I think it’s unacceptable to receive a meal like I have received on numerous occasions! Very disappointed!
