So we purchase 18/09/21 1 chilli cheese meal with orange juice and 1 Med fries.The orange juice was so weak and bad diluted with water luckily my husband tasted it....This is not the first time and the unfriendly staff ever..When I asked for Manager on duty....not sure if Manager was called or not but never came to the front.If this is what u call customer service WOW surely staff needs training

Every single time I come here they are either out of stock of something basic like burger patties, or their ice cream machine or coffee machine doesnt work. Definitely the worst McDonalds Ive ever experienced in South Africa.

Staff member specifically Unela handling the sanitization and number of people In the store was totally rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. She raised her voice in such a tone that large groups of people heard it and thought it was a total joke... It was embarrassing to say the least. I did confronted her about her actions and again she loudly blurted NEE NEE Ii asked her what that was supposed to mean... She looked me straight in the eye turned her back on me and walked away. Im very surprised that staff in this unstable work environment act out like this with no regard to customer service. There are many people that need work and have experience on how to deal with customers. I definitely wont step my foot In the door again.

After a long drive from Natures Valley back to Stellenbosch, McDonalds was a welcome pit stop to refual our stomachs. Service was good, food was ok, what could you ask more from a fast food restaurant?

There is no doubt that MacDonalds is convenient. The service is very quick and you dont wait long for your food. There is a kids playing area and ample parking. Its great for a quick bite, but there are other options I prefer. It is also near the mall. Usually if Im in a hurry, I would call ahead to Simply Asia and just pick up my order. Its fast food but better?If you go to MacDonalds its because you want MACDONALDS. If you want convenience, there are other options. The McFlurry is the best though 👌.

This is a good restaurant with easy access. It is neat and tidy, plus the service is exceptional. Its a good store to chill and unwind.

Tested the Self service terminals and it works well.As the screens are quite large, updating the quantity and then adding to the order has quite a large gap between the two buttons. Would be easier to navigate if the Add to order button was closer to the top.These pay points at the Self service terminals are compatible with Samsung Pay

Very nice place. Efficient staff customer friendly environment and cleanliness is on par. Some menu items like double quarter pounder tend to be dry (from previous experience) but overall quality is very focused.
