Went this morning to this branch in 1st Ave ! My goodness what shocking service! First of all I waited quite a while for a petrol attendant , than when he finally came to me I told him how much unleaded Fuel I wanted , he than opens my petrol Cap that is fastened with a wire and just drops it against my car , which I thought is shocking as he obviously had no care of what he is doing and than after he is finished he pulls the Fuel pump out and doesnt shake it to get rid of some of fuel inside the pipe , he just pulls it out and drips Petrol all over the side of my vehicle ! Im not impressed with their service and their petrol attendant ! Bad service !
Dear OwnerBeing a business owner myself i need to convey something to you.Your clients need to come first - a happy client will returnThis was not the case this morning. If your station doesnt have stock of a special you advertise then you or your staff needs to a make another plan to assist your customer instead of trying to place the blame on the customer..Being told im doing you a favour and i dont actually have to do this at all will loose you that customer... especially if its a womanBut let me explain something: You did not just loose 1 customer - You lost that customer and her husband as well as 15 other clients and 3 Business clients and that is just our direct circle of influenceDont you just love word of mouth advertisingMy Business Fuel costs alone is over R 8000-00 a month . Now i spend money in your shop every time i fill up at your station. So in fact you lost R10 000-00 a month only from me. Sure you can do the math - multiply that by 3. I will rather be going to Engen down the road from now on.I suggest you and your staff think twice about how you deal with a customerHope you have a great weekend.Best regardsEx Customer
We went to fill up and they were quite busy. The next thing some guy in civvies holding street signs is stopping the pump and cleaning the windows with some security lady passing him the paper to dry. Obviously a beggar from the street assisting but what made me angry is he was doing it all while holding his signs which had metal pieces in the corners which scratched our new car. Of course no manager around and they don’t answer the phone from their till slip or receipt.
Ive just filled up at Sasol Edenvale and the attendant incorrectly used the last four digits of my fleet card as the kilometre reading in addition to recording the kilometre reading as Personal. This is clearly a situation of little or no training in the use of fleet cards.Ive used a fleet card for most of my career and have several cards within my business.I attempted to take the matter up with Harry the site manager who responded beligerently and without any attempt whatsoever to take responsibility for the issue. He then tried to tell me what had happened and refused to let me, the customer, voice my complaint. He constantly spoke over me in an aggressive and confrontational manner.I was told to please take the matter up with the owner, but was refused their contact details when I attempted to do so.I then asked for the contact details of the Sasol franchise so that I could take it up with them, but those details were also nowhere to be found. It is unfortunate that the customer is king approach doesnt hold true at Sasol Edenvale. They wont be seeing me or any of my fleet vehicles again.Maybe it is Harry who needs the training and not the attendant!Michael
I filled up using this petrol station this morning. The attendant that helped had such an attitude problem, I asked him to please fill me up with R100 worth of petrol and to please check the pressure in my tire. The man was so reluctant to help me that he almost put the wrong pressure in my tires. After he was done I quickly went to fetch my wallet that I left in my car so I could had him the R100 he immediately turns to me and I quote what he said: Give me the money white boy. First of all Ive been using this petrol station for the past 2 years and Ive never been treated like this. How can this place hire such a attendant with such an disrespectful and lazy attitude? This is unacceptable, I am costumer and I should be treated with respect and dignity. Also when I left I noticed in my mirror that once I pulled off he spat on the floor, like really? I paid the R100 for the petrol and I greeted him so nicely and he does this. Im never using this petrol station again, I rather go and use the Engen down the road as they seem to know what respect and costumer satisfaction is.
The fuel attendants are very helpful and kind. Their service is good.
I am trying to phone them!!! I have now phoned their number FOUR TIMES - NO ANSWER and they are suppose to be open 24 HOURS!!!
Good DayPlease could I have a contact number for this service station
