There are never enough cashiers around month end when its super busy therefore the ques get so long and barely move. Also, recently the facial care product boxes are all empty, nothing in the boxes!..do they want us to purchase empty boxes??? Luckily I checked before putting it in my basket. The stuff here are not very friendly. A few are very nice and accommodating while the rest have some serious attitude problems.

I bought baby formula at Germiston and when I got home the wife realized i just bought a wrong one(formula 2 instead of formula 1)then on our way to clicks eden meadow for baby check ups i thought i could swap it since its the same organization but daaa the incompetence from the so called manager on duty was out of this world to deal with the swap,she had no clue about sorting out that kind of issue instead she ask me what must happen, she told me to go back where I bought it. i mean they call u a manager but u cant act like one,its a shame man.i ended up in primrose for exchange nd was fantastic there with no hussle.

The only reason Im giving this Pick n Pay 4 stars is because of Johanna.I collected my online shopping there and spent 3 hours waiting because, once again, the online order system is a disaster!!! Honestly, Ive never been more disappointed. Its not as if Pick n Pay are a new store but the amount their online store screws up is terrible. Id be embarrassed if it was my system.Johanna spent the entire time trying to assist us and get us out the store and on our way. In the end, the error wasnt rectified but we needed to leave. Johanna needs to be recognised here for her willingness to go above and beyond.

I am absolutely disgusted with the security at pick n pay terrace road my little daughter wanted to buy a juice and took a sip she then accidentally put the juice back not realising what she had done I was then stopped by the security guard saying oh we put the juice back and its a criminal offence first said I did it then said oh it wasnt today then said yes it was toady. Making a big scene I go to that shop every day and spend lots of money but get treated like this I am never putting my foot there again.

The security is useless ( as hooligans stole my luggage from the parcel counter near the security point! ) Reported the matter, the so called Supervisor and the security saw it on camera but no further actions had been taken. They mentioned, it is not the first time, so I thought to myself that this folks know that customers lose their stuff and they arent doing anything bout it! THEY DO NOT CARE for their customers!

Was impressed as I only called 2 times and the phone was answered. I asked about organizing a delivery and was told Pick n Pay do not do deliveries.

A PnP is a PnP. This one is small and convenient. Service is generally quick, efficient and parking is easy as well.

Most specials advertised not on shelves, price marking incorrect and not related to whats on the shelf, lack of baskets and small trolleys

On the 25/01/2018 I bought chicken breasts @ this Pick n Pay. 26/01/2018 I decided 2 sit down & check each item I bought, 2 my dismay I realised that 4 a R73.45 meat pack I was charged R573.43! R500 rip off if I hadnt checked! I wonder how much money have I bn ripped off since the 10 years Ive used this shop! Im mad, livid 2 b precise! Though I was refunded but I had 2 spend my petrol driving back to claim the refund! What if I had not checked!!!!

I think Pick n Pay should put an inspection on his employees, it cant go on like this, their name is being damaged! Theres a lot of unemployed people looking to work, theres no need for allowing someone who doesnt want to work or is incompetent to remain, either do what is supposed to be done or go! !!Its disappointing, such a big name providing such bad services, ... its becoming common at Pick n Pay! !!👎👎👎

The lady works at the Kiosk is very rude and very impatient to the client.I had experienced many times, for the special items they still charging the original price.

It can get very slow at the tellers. Not sure why either not enough people serving? Ques are long and move slowly
