What a little gem! Anchorage restaurant situated on the bottom level of the Point Yacht Club overlooks the yacht basin ... and if that view isnt enough to tempt you the food most certainly will.Having read rave reviews, and knowing the amazing food from the Eat Greek Team we knew we had to get there. We started with chicken livers, and meze platter to share between the four of us and loved everything! The best was yet to come - no debate needed ... we all decided on the signature Anchorage pie ... heaven on a plate right there! The pie was packed with tender, flavorful beef and topped with crisp pastry. Curry gravy to accompany it ... which I must admit I was sceptical about, but it really did take the pie to another level. Hand cut chips completed the meal. For dessert we ordered bee sting cake and Greek shortbread which tasted like more ... so we ordered more ... we could still be there eating those biscuits if they didnt close at 4! Cappucinnos were great and rounded off a lovely bonus.Secure parking is another bonus.Dawn and her staff, Xolo looked after us really well. Highly recommended.
