Food was good. Service was brilliant & friendly.

No social distance management. Tables are clearly marked as restricted but staff still insist that you sit on them. Maximum customers is not adhered too in this wimpy.Above all takeaway on a simple milkshake was very slow.

I originally added 5 stars to this place bit have since dropped it to 3 stars. It seems as though the breakfast is always cold and you need steel teeth to chew the bacon... I always have the same breakfast and is always cold... At least the waitresses are always pleasant... That says for something...

Very disappointed with this branch. They appear to be excluding their Hindu customers. Only beef and pork breakfast options. The used to have lamb sausages but no more. Their alternative is veg. Considering where this branch is situated you would expect more inclusion of all groups of ppl. Swaadisht next door offers great breakfast options at better prices. Dont waste your time on this Wimpy branch cos they certainly dont have time for all their customers. The link from the owner does not work and neither does the contact us option on the wimpy site. You guys are a joke.

The waiter was excellent, and very friendly. Yet the table was dirty from the previous people. And the coffee was cold and I had to wait forever for the food.

It was ok. Had breakfast there but could not hear each other talking because their music was so loud. I asked the waitress twice to please put it a little softer but nothing. I then went to the front desk and asked if they could put it softer and they said they would but I was ignored. Ate and left. Not the best experience.

Friendly and cheerful staff. Great food and a great environment to sit down and have a mean for breakfast. Both indoor and outside seating area and a smokers lounge. Would definitely recconmend for someone looking to grab a quick bite or a early family lunch.

Nice place but I was having problem of untidy table where I have to ask for help since I saw flies around my table it took so much time to get help.

There service slacks. You wait way to long for your order when the place is not even full.

Bad service, had to ask for water twice , had to ask for bill twice and still did not come to our table so I just went and fetched it at the till. Waiter did not come and check up on us once.

As you would have observed I have visited many of your Wimpy Restaurants. I normally take an elderly gentleman of 83 years to Wimpy Restaurants. All the Wimpy restaurants gladly and willingly offer honey which my friend takes with Rooi tea. But this Wimpy Restaurant wants to charge R5:00 for a teaspoonful of honey. Moreover, when the waitron is asked for honey, she indiscreetly says, it costs R5:00. This isnt the first time we visited that restaurant. ..

Always quick and easy for a meal, the kids love it and the coffee is great. Wish I knew their secret!

I love Wimpy. It is one of the constants in my life. However the Bluff Towers Wimpy is in need of a long overdue makeover. Im not sure what looked more worn out.... the furniture or the staff. After being seated we waited 15 min for a waiter. When she did arruve her uniform was untidy and she had a dont care attitude. The food took ages as our waitress kept disappearing. Not my favorite visit to a Wimpy

Food was absolutely delicious, the look and feel of the place is amazing. There have a vast menu at affordable prices, definitely worth a visit.

Wimpy Bluff, place was in a pitiful state. I walked out since the floors were strewn with filth and the table I was to sit on to eat a meal was dirty from the previous occupants. Unfortunately I decided to rather eat my meal at Panarottis which is by far cleaner and the service is way better. So Im sorry no stars from me.

I took my family there for Sunday brunch. I ordered a burger with sunny side up egg. After starting to eat it I noticed the egg white (sliding off the burger onto the plate. See through and uncooked) I walked out to have a cigarette and while out someone spoke to my wife. No one approached. E to find out what I want. Only after we asked for the bill did I go in search of a manager of sorts. Total wait of over an hour later a girl and her partner appeared to whom I had to explain the whole situation. She turned out to be the owners daughter, having nothing to do with the place. She took down my number and said that her father, the owner, would contact me. Its now been very nearly 7 days and still no response.Thank you for ruining our Sunday. The lunch I made at home turned out to be well cooked and better than wimpy.Check your food when placed on your table thoroughly before you eat it.Im not sure how other people feel like after having a sub standard meal served to them. I am put off and dont want an replacement. Unfortunately, in order not to have ruined everybodys meal I didnt make a public scene.If you want to charge overpriced prices for a burger that is not up to par you should at least have quality control in place. Your staff looked at me dumbfounded when I asked about it.Never again at your place. My mind has been made up after waiting so long for a response from the owner.
