Its not that bad there just need to renovate a little TV, Beds mustnt be too old and make squicky sound but either than that it okay

If you not looking for anything fancy then its ok. Its clean but no plug next to the best to charge your phone or laptop. Theres air conditioning shame and shower, warm water. They serve just an average breakfast but they put butter on the toasted bread 😭😭😭, I dont eat butter. Its cheap, please bring your own towels cause I was given an old torn towel 🤣🤣🤣 I didnt complain cause its cheap nd I was desperate.

Oh man oh man i had the best stay at the place arrived on the 28th of March and checked out on the 31st, its clean and staff is very friendly. coming back in July I loved but your staff is just the best and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Great hotel in terms of the customer or should I say guest service. I was there few months ago, and I loved it.

Staff is friendly and helpful. When we arrived we had a little problem concerning our room but the matter was resolved within an appropriate time. Thanks to the Receptionist by the name of, I forgot her Name.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Situated in the heart of Durban. Clean and lots of places close by to buy food and get a good bargain. On the public transport route, so easy to get to beach and Ushaka and malls.

The place has bed bugs, Im awake as we speak and I have bed bugs Marks all over my body. Its a bit I paid 6days in advance, can I get a refund and move somewhere else plz!! Terrible experience ever.

Metro Lodge West Street branch is cool and nice because it is close to Durban station, and also train station is not so far from here.

Theyre very much affordable, which makes them to be one of the greatest in town.

This one is just a couple of meters away from the cathedral one which makes ones choice wide enough.

Please fix the windows in Room number 7,the curtains couldnt stay in place.

This one here West Street Hotel (Metro Lodge Hotel) I like it because first is on the free way, and it is much easy to get transport. I like that about the Lodge.

They lied to usz with the believe that theres safer packing kante none.The promised to book us in as soon as we arrive but when we arrived they said they are full so we had to wait for client to book out

Ive never been there before but I assume that they keep the same standard, and wok ethic they have at both Xpress and Beach Branch.

I was greeted by cockroaches as soon as i tried settling. Security had a patronizing demeanor towards me receptionist wasn’t as welcoming as other receptionists. Door had a hole in it guess they peep through when you’re sleeping .
