It was not full as usual when I went nd was clean

I cannot really rate the food with stars. I ordered some hotwings this afternoon with two helpings of chips and two cokes. What a disappointment, the chicken was soggy and the chips looked and tasted old, and it is the second time this has happened. The food is not as nice as it used to be. When I tried to email the right person from the Chicken Licken website, the email didnt register either. Neither did anyone answer the phone line listed on the website. So I am not sure people, you can try it and make up your own mind.

The girl took the incorrect order and even argued she wasnt the one at the wrong! Supervisor/Manager was good though. Lots of people also complained about the long wait

They served people who came after me and made me wait till my lunch time was up. only to find the cashier had made a mistake on my slip and did not even apologise for that.

Its not a clean place to eat in there are flies everywhere and they clean the tables after awhile. its better to just make a takeaway, even the floors are dirty.

If you want to grab a bite fast this is a good place to go to.

Hi, what a disgraceful service from chicken licken, Durban city, 9 Anton Lembede street. Last Sunday, the 4th of December, I went there to buy the wings, when i got to the till, the teller decided to go to the rest room.Another came, she made me wait...when she finally served me she made me wait for over 15 minutes. I then complained. The so called manager came through, without even asking any question he served me as if I never complained. I tried explaining to him he didnt bother listening. When the tellers noticed that they were not repremanded they then started firing words back at me because their stupid manager was scared of them. They guy is so not fit for the job.The Manager was an Indian guy. The tellers with attitude were two african ladies. They all didnt have name tags on.I dont see myself going back there until something is done. I really wish a person in charge in that restaurant could attend to this. None of those people are fit to serve the public at a food place. Two other customers had to leave because of the appalling attitude from the staff. The service is worse there.I honestly wish to engage with the owner and get his or her opinion on the matter for one reason mainly, the tellers sent me to report them and see how far I get. I mean, what is that?
