Great food. God portions. Had to take home doggy bags. Food is fresh, tasty and delicious. Enjoy the experience.

Service is excellent. Their meal portions are fair. I feel at home when at this Mugg n Bean. They dont change their staff members so they work very well like a unit. Making it easier to take care of customers. Ive been dining at this mugg n bean for more than 7 years I wouldnt be going back if service wasnt good. Its a great place.

Very disappointed with the service at the Sun Coast restaurant. They were out of 4 drinks options on the menu, but situated in such a popular position on the beach front on the promenade, is not good enough. They should strive to offer world class service in such a prime position. Dont think Ill be back.

A little confused, had dinner here on 02/03/2021, loved the service, the food was exceptional, went home and told everyone how amazing the experience was... returned today 16/03/2021, total opposite... waiter wasnt sure what was available which resulted in 2 out of 3 meals being served before the 3rd. The 3rd persons food arrived once the other 2 was almost done eating. The quality of said meal was far below expectations, is such inconsistency to be expected of this establishment? Pictures of the same meal ordered on 1st visit vs 2nd visit is posted to be compared, spot the differences... really disappointing considering I only insisted on this evening based on having this meal again...

Was an awesome breakfast. The waitress was exceptionally helpful with a good sense of humor. She really made our day.

I loved eating here until today😥ordered the veg brekkie ,soya sausages minimally done ,I didnt send back because its covid times and customers should get their meal served correctly 1st time as sending food back to kitchen will compromise health of all.For vegetarians the options are minimal so to still get poorly prepped food distressed me .I thought shakshuka sauce in that menu meant a tomato ,onion,garlic etc mixture ,on enquiry I was told its a spice??added to the mushrooms ,there was no evidence of any spices to the mushrooms.Cappuccino on an icy cold day was tepid ,again ,I could have complained but covid times.I spent my valuable money to support local business and was very disappointed in the preparation of food and beverages.

It was nice as always, however the weirdest thing, we were given those sachet of tomato sauce instead of the bottles. It was a bit of a turn off as we were having a sit down meal...

I prefer the Mug&Bean at Suncoast compared too the other branches Ive visited, My husband and I had our first breakfast date here and we will never forget it... Great service

Worst Mugg and Bean, ever! Wish I could give then no star! They completely messed up our order. 45 minutes after we ordered they bring the wrong food, and then try to convince us that was what we ordered. The kicker is, the manager took our order. Paid for our drinks and walked out. Took my hungry kids to another restaurant. Suncoast M&B, Never again!

So this was so great that the dessert didnt last long enough for a pic😂 The spicy coconut noodle bowel with crispy chicken was amazeballs.... so much so i asked for a take away of the remainder broth. Service is great. The drinks were regreshing, vibe was chilled and overall what can I say???? We totally loved it.

We just had coffee and cake. Both the service and food was good. Not spectacular, neither is it anything to complain about. The air conditioning needs to be sorted out though.

Very disappointed. No notice indicating that you have to order from cashier. Staff just ignored me. Big advertisement for sausages, when I ordered no stock. Expect something else will be offered....

Poor, slow, slow service, please give this place is miss as there are better food at other areas in suncoast, we ordered slap chips, while our order was getting made, after 45 minutes all arrived except the chips which arrived much later, only later to discover that the chips was rotten, pic attached, the onion rings were horrible also, my wife can make hundreds times better that M&G cooks, absolutely no value for money, tiny portions of food, nothing like whats described in the menu, complained to duty manager, on their website, nil response from M&B. I think lots of people have had bad experience here, for a Friday, month end, that place was half empty,

Restaurant is reopened after the revamp, it looks stunning and the views over the promenade and the ocean are breath taking, the coffees are a story written for lovers of coffee and the service is great. A must go and see place.

Excellent service from Wayne on Sunday. The big daddy burger he recommended was divine and the baked cheesecake was probably the best Ive tasted.Suncoast was not our first or second choice of venue and we only landed up going there because the other restaurants had already closed. We will, however, be returning very soon :)

I have just had coffee here. I ordered a slice of Rich chocolate cake. The slice slice tasted everything opposite. Hardly any chocolate taste. Nevermind rich. The only thing I tasted was sugar, as though to make up for the absence of chocolate taste. I enjoyed my tea and the service was good.

Lovely place...nice and warm..the food was very delicious..Im such a big fan of your buffalo wings.I had a slight problem with the nachos,when their served with hot cheese and guacamole poured ontop the chips become gummy n soggy.i was suggesting if you serve them, separate the sauces/sides/topping into mini sauce cups like dips so that the chips will stay crunchy.Other than that everything is spot on.

Had the chic pea burger was very tasty. Our waitress Lola was very attentive and made some recommendations on the sandwich options and gave some options when one of meal options was out of stock. Shop was busy but handled fairly well. Place has a very relax atmosphere. Good place to eat on the beachfront.

Visited Mugg & Bean at the Galleria Mall in Durban on Christmas eve, the one opposite Standard Bank, ordered a large strawberry milkshake to take way, it was the worst milkshake I ever had. Never again. 🙁
