They have good service all time
I purchased a bottle of fruitree mediterrranean this evening from the fresh stop. The bottle cap did not open so I requested it to be swopped. The cashier refused to swop it and said there is nothing she can do. I then requested for the cashier to open the bottle that was sold to me and she said there is nothing she can do.This is pathetic service rendered and I will think again before purchasing from this store that my staff and I regularly purchase.Being in the food service industry, the cashier certainly needs to learn to be more customer centric and be courteous towards a customer who complains about a defect product sold by the store.
Employees dont greet, even when you purchase from theyre food section, they dont bother asking what you want inside your food.
