Everytime we have been here, they are always out of stock on items. So disappointing that we have exhausted the thought of even driving here. But if youre lucky and get your second best or once you settle on a third option...the drinks are quite refreshing.They should seriously consider stocking more of their fast selling items...Clients arent always going to settle for alternatives, we drove away twice without purchasing.

Cup tea is a little hidden gem! In Cape Town, I know where to find bubble tea and was so sad that we didnt have any in Durban. I stumbled upon Cup Tea while driving down Florida road and absolutely had to stop to try them. The first time was not great - probably because it wasnt the choices I was used to having in Cape Town, but I convinced myself to go there again (and again). Second and third time I thoroughly enjoyed the drinks!! Would highly recommend arctic strawberry and lemon green tea! I Googled it and you shouldnt drink bubble tea everyday cause of the high sugar but I swear I went 3 times last week and had to restrain myself to go back a fourth time. Ill definitely be back!!

I got here just after 9 and had to wait for them to arrive and to open. I was one of the first customers and my first option was sold out as was my second option. I settled on my third option where there were 6 staff members working. I had to wait a ridiculously long time to both get attention from one of the staff members to take my order as well as the 20/30 minute wait of my drink.After all that waiting, my drink was disappointing.Additionally, the hand sanitizer was empty and the straws were made of pure plastic and were non recyclable.

Great menu, drinks are so refreshing and well priced. Love coming here!

Refreshing... perfect boba teas

It’s a good place to get a drink and socialise with friends. Be sure to get sparkling boba in your drink - the tapioca boba don’t last very long as they get hard and chewy within minutes. Overall, a good juice place and one of the few Boba places in Durban, but service can be better.

Pretty hyped place at the moment. Chocolate smoothie is the best thing I have tasted on their menu so far. Will definitely be going there more often. Need to add some fruit salads or fruits bowls to the menu.

They have a wide variety of teas, juices, smoothies and milkshakes. The shop is clean and new and overall provides an enjoyable experience.

The smoothies are very refreshing. Super Double Mango smoothie was unavailable due to season availability, but highly recommended... I had it before at their other branch at China City. Also really enjoyed the donuts.

I have been there twice now in about three weeks and each time I’ve gone there they’ve run out of boba or you can only order a fruit juice. The service is nice but they need to work on their stocking of supplies
