The chicken wasnt cooked properly. The outside was done but inside was still raw.The rest of the order was done well.

The sign says they open at 09:00. We waited and waited, only for them to open at 09:16 🚮 They didnt even see anything wrong with that, seeing we came before 08:30

The lady that assisted me was VERY rude. I politely asked her to changed my piece as it was a tiiiiiiny wing and a breast. She muttered under her breath, went behind and started muttering again to her colleagues. I asked her manager to come up front and she too didnt seem to care about resolving the issue. The cashier then started yelling at me over the counter. Also the meat was raw and oozing of blood inside and coated with an amount of oil that could fry an egg if the piece was left to set for a minute

I asked cashier for zinger sauce when ordering my wrap , but unfortunately it was normal Colonel sauce ,was so disappointed,I took it back n asked for zinger sauce and again no zinger sauce was added to my wrap

Room for improvement. Staff is friendly and accomodating, however food ordered lacked sufficient sauce and condiments

Hi...I waited at uskaha kfc for an hour only for a box master and wings and to makes things worse,they didnt give me my box master...when i got and opened the packet nothing...I called them,they do not answer. Ive never experienced such bad service at a KFC...very disappointed

By far the worse KFC Ive ever been to. Seriously under staffed. Staff on duty are over worked. People who were paying cash got preference in the que for some reason. Waited 20 minutes in the the que with my 2 year old only to be told that they were out of stock of what I wanted. Might I suggest putting a sign informing clients rather than letting everyone follow the long que and wasting our time.

I was hungry and thirsty, needed to get a quick bite, I visted the nearest KFC I could find on the Map, I got there easily following Google Maps, the place was busy but the cashier and their service was fast, I ordered a Feast 6pc, with 3 mini loafs plus 2 liter coke, all was served with a smile and I collected it and went straight to the beach under the Moyo restaurent, that is where I enjoyed my meal with family all sharing it together. #wheelchair-friendly #kidsfriendly #cheapeats

This place at Ushaka went out of the way to assist me with the meals to serve to 50 elderly people from Pmb on a day trip to Durban. The Manager was accommodating and his staff excellent. I paid for the meals.....

Worst KFC service ever! 1x cashier, 1x person packing orders. Only bought 1x medium pops now, order ready to collect but still waiting over 30min and counting to get it into the hands from the warmer to my hands. Pathetic. I stood in order queue just to ask the cashier for assistance and she said no I must wait.

The staff has poor service. I bought my meal and then realised my bun had greenish spots on it then I went and told them to change it or refund me but they just said the green spots doesnt mean anything its probably the pots led. The staff working was Nelisiwe, Euphobia And Aphiwe.

Extremely long wait was only accepting cash customers and people after us were served and left and we still waiting . No sign outside or in the que area saying card machine is slow only when we got to the cashier she stated that its extremely slow and cash customers will be given preference. The shop has its doors open but its really cramped and tiny and unable to handle the large crowds that do decide to eat in. Food is ok though not worth the wait.

I waited for 45 mns just for 1 meal the service its so bad it was my first time in Durban i actually dont see my self coming back here the staff is very rud here name is thobile she is dam rude i wont come back here

Staff unfriendly and outright rude!! The cleaner mopped whilst we were seated, the mop constantly hitting us. She then left the floors wet which is an obvious EHS Hazard.

I am currently at the kfc I had to wait in line and there was no cashier at the desk. We waited for 10 mins and then asked another employee of there is anyone serving and she said yes wait she is coming. We waited again for another 10 mins when she arrived she didnt even greet nor did she apologize for making us wait. Very disappointing service and horrible attitudes. It needs to be changed they need to get a reality check!!!!!

I came with cash and a voucher gift card on Sunday. The cashier rejected it. I ended up spending cash. The lady who gave my order was very unfriendly
