Just the customer service.. Otherwise atmosphere, food etc is excellent.. Train staff to be more friendly and adhereing to customers, including management

Chicken was superb.. just moist enough not to be oily. Very impressed with the female security who knows her job. Counter service could be a bit better, but not a train smash. Very fast service

Very clean I must say, friendly staff and quick service However when you order nuggets you wait forever, and guess they are not always ready. Eating area is big and nice. All in all its okay, probably better than many branches I have visited

Always out of stock, then overcharge for the wrong orders. Worst part when you query about it, the staff give you attitude. Manager doesnt even want to rectify the orders, just ignores you like you dont exist. Pathetic. They dont even deserve a 1 star.

Bad service for customer waiting for a cashiers . Some other orders can not be processed due to lack of 24/7 broken machine. What is the use of having a manue ,but we cant get it. customer complains alot. My 1st and the last coming here👎👎👎👎👎

They put separate paper bags on my order coz it was hot and heavy and the other meal sauce would make it wet, I really appreciated that not many places do it. But waiting time is dependent on how busy they but you wait a fair amount of time.

Quantity of ingredients should be pre-ordered and need to accommodate customers entirely everyday and any hour. Ive been there a couple of times and they almost always never have wings or the chicken wrap/twister and I end up going to their competition to get it. Although its understandable that they are in the heart of the city and they get a lot of customers but management should really consider ordering more stock than they do right now.

Services is very slow and staff not so attentive and always grumpy order monitor not working have to wait on a que plus place is blistering hot. Was not happy.

Terrible! I ordered streetwise 3 ,mini loafs x2,drinks ,and ice cream and they saved x4 people after me who ordered 6 pieces. Please tell me if that was fair!To make things worse i was buying for my granny who suffers from hypoglycemia and her surgar was 2.5mmols.Pls address that cause Im really furious!!!
