I love this place. Its offen quite empty of you want it get a bite or two. Its often full on Tuesdays as they have special.

I was requesting for slip, the manager tried to help and really appreciate her assistance.

I spent less than 10 minutes at kfc they were very quick to prepare my order of which its my convenience I dont like long queues especially in this pandemic time

I only gave them 1 star because I wanted to comment, bad service!! The female staff are rude and dont know how to address customers. They have personal conversations amongst themselves while serving you which takes long.

Everything is fine besides the heat. They need to fix the aircorn or find the temporary fans for the customers.

Right next to my office - KFC Real Taste and Dining expirience.Never crowded and very safe too.

Their meat is always made to perfection. No oil, moist and soft enough even their portions are very suitable and filling.

Need to increase security and cut free Wi-Fi that attracts lot of gangster to hang around them.

So we buy a bucket of dunked wings, mistake was us not checking the order, sure that was careless of us. But the event that follows.... Really KFC Mega Philani, really though?... So when we get home its the normal ones. We give them a call to report the incident and they inform us someone will come to us (were thinking its with the correct order coming) but its just with the sauce, for us to dunk the wings ourselves. Wow! We were shook. What a wow!

😒they didnt have ice cream in the middle of the day. Its summer, everyone loves KFC soft swirl ice cream. How can they not have ice cream at this time of the year. And the place wasnt really clean the floors could use some scrubbing

The wings were raw and not spicy even the lady sitting next to me said the same thing and when i went to complain the cashier rudely said you wouldnt have sat down if the wings were not okay i guess we have to taste before we sit down and eat

Happy with the quality of produce but the attitude of the staff could do with some improvement. Ive stopped going there because they can be rude at times and they dont give you your change back if its 10c or 20c.

I waited 45 minutes after ordering an oreo krusher. They said I should wait because the machine to make krushers. After that long wait I was told I couldnt get it making lame excuses. Mind you its was not the first time they failed to give me what I ordered.
