The food ! Ayi not a ayoba.... worst place to buy kfc rn

This is the worst kfc on the planet they made me wait for 20 minutesand i never got my food they actually closed the restaurant no apologiesthey just refunded me with cash when i paid with card i wouldnt recommendthis restaurant to anyone ...if you want service or chicken then dont go this KFC

A KFC is a KFC, it is its location that makes the difference. I dont trust Russel Street at all.I would rather look for another KFC in a quieter and more orderly locations. It is too busy on this street.

If I could put a 0 star I would, those people close at 6am and when we got there at 3am they said meat is not available only wings. After arguing about that eventually they gave in and said for it we will wait 20min, fine. When we wanted to pay one for R90 of R104 from one card n balance with another she said she cant even when we offered to pay cash she didnt want to. We ended up cancelling our order n they seemed happy when we did. This is not the first time we getting such service, so thats their standard so I am never going back there again at least Chicken Licken doesnt tell you they dont have what they sell all the time?

I waited patiently in the que and when I reached the counter, after spending 7 mins in the line with 1 customer in front of me, to have another customer walk in from the side and was attended too without even standing in the line to be served. I walked out and will spend my money rather at another branch that actually looks after their clients and gives good customer service. Totally pathetic service. PS...I buy R100 KFC on a daily basis...Maybe chicken licken can do better.

Trashy place with grossly ill mannered staff that are rude and slow. Especially the overweight cashier who you make a request for the type of meat youd like but she just looks away and does what she just does what she wants, the only pest control fly unit they have which clearly hasnt been changed since forever. Dont deserve a single star

There is good but they have a busy because the many students local buying. U can prepare for waiting if is month end and busy time

This KFC offers the classic KFC chicken taste,Finger liking good,The only problem here is this place gets really packed, sometimes you could wait between fifteen to twenty five minutes just to place an order,This usually happens between the days leading up to the fifteenth of the month and a few days after,As well as the days leading up to month end and a few days after as well,Although the store itself is safe, the street the store is on, not so much as it is filled with homeless folks always asking for change, some are known to be muggers so when in this area for a bite, be alert and keep watch especially at night,

They have poor service..... They let you order and tell u ingridients are missing..... A woman ordered an Oreo krusher, 10 minutes later she checks the tell her they dont have Oreos..... Their chicken is dry, chips werent spiced nor salted....... You order doesnt get called, u wait by the collection place for a long time..... We had to wait for 30 minutes for our meal, we had to inquire.

I bought a Twister the other day it was had only one brest inside... It was sooo small, I was very disappointed cause in the picture it was soo full but when I ate mine it was like half 😕
