I have ordered bucket for One What a mess Chips dry crispy off taste. Even the chicken was also dry

Your spicy nuggets was terrible. It wasnt the same as what I ate in your other branches. Also, I asked for a colonel dipper, when I get into the car it was sweetchillie. Taught me to check my order before leaving the shop, anyway it never happened in other branches.

First time i have used this KFC but i was highly impressed, the chicken was so fresh and not oily, the drive through staff were friendly and accommodating when i kept adding to my order, i will now never use another kfc again having gone here.. well done guys and really keep up the great food.

Although the queue may seem long, the service was very fast.

I leave in woodlands and for the longest time i use to buy kfc elsewhere becos at your branch you made horrible kfc. meat was not fresh and the taste was not good because you used oil repeatedly but recently there has been a huge improvement so thank you.

Terrible service. Bought a Oreo Krusher. 3 quarter filled when I brougt it to the cashier attention she said that it touched the line. Touched the line when they were making it. It was three quarters filled. Wont be using this branch again.

Service was good, just that at times, when you require a certain piece, they dont tell u that its not available, u find that when u get home. Sometimes the taste is not the same, it will crispy and dry, with all the spices, which is nice and sometimes too oily, and the taste not so good, then u tell yourself that this person is not passionate about food. A little improvement here and there will be good. Big up👌with the uniform and the renovations.

Its a great KFC store especially since its been recently revamped. Both drive through and in store purchases have been rewarding experience for me.

No chicken at 21h12...and yet they close at 22h00...owners obviously out partying and dont care

A disappointment for the franchise. No parking but always overcrowded with hungry people who go here out of necessity rather than choice. Over-worked tellers and friers make for poor service. Chicken slides down with an abundance of oil. Totally low class and a risk after dark. No salads and no attempt at sophistication. Is it the location issue again?
