They serve really good food. Quick & easy experience from ordering to receiving my order. Only thing you may need to be mindful of is that it can be very full so you may find a queue. But it moves Along quickly

My order smelled like old oil was used. My wrap was burnt. Had no tomato sauce and nothing was communicated.

Its clean but I was disappointed by the fact that they dont sell breakfast. Id bought and paid for a breakfast meal online only to have to choose an alternate lunch meal during pick up ☹

You should know when you arrive and everything is already packed just know it aint fresh. Chips looked and tasted like they were made 5 days before. Nothing was fresh

There is no team work, I waited almost 25 minutes just because of staff issues and I wasnt the only one who picked that up just that I suffered the consequences

I was there today at 13:00 after a long journey to buy some food and my girlfriend had to take my son to the bathroom to pee before she could decide what we buying after some minutes my girlfriend came back saying the security guard told her Im not on the line and Im not buying so I had to pay R2 for my 2yr old son to use the bathroom and I didnt believe it so I left without buying anything that was just bad service .....and I did expect that from such a big brand

Slow service, Ive been there many times and even complained with KFC head office, staff is most likely to be rude and speak in Zulu so non Zulu speaking wont hear.
